Incredibly impressed. We have done out entire house. Kirk was timely with communications, timelines were clear and the service was excellent. The blinds themselves are superior. As the customer, all aspects of the experience was great and well taken care of.

Happy to have my new blinds installed so quickly and they look great! Kirk and his team could not be more accommodating, friendly and professional. This was the second time I've done business with 4M and would come back without question!

The blinds were so much better than I had expected. Very impressed with the number of options and versatility (see photos). Kirk installed the blinds in no time flat (last than 45 mins for 6 windows) and cleaned up after finishing the installation - kept the area clean. Several colour options. Estimates were quick and accurate - half down and half at completion. Prices were competitive. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend 4M Interiors. Kirk is very friendly, professional with oodles of helpful advice. Scheduled our installation within hours of our possession so we could move in with privacy assured. His prices and service cannot be beat!

We had Kirk come by to install custom blinds at our place last year on the recommendation of a friend. He was quick, professional and reasonably priced. Everything was a breeze and he was wonderful to deal with. Fast forward almost a year later and we had what we thought was an issue with the blinds - Kirk came by again and clicked them back into place. It turns out that one of our contractors had removed them and re-installed them incorrectly without us knowing. Talk about a company that goes above and. beyond and stands by their service and products! Highly recommended.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! The blinds were delivered on time and professionally installed and with no mess! Kirk was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different blinds, pricing, etc. Pricing was excellent! I had all 10 windows installed with blinds. I would recommend 4M Interiors!

Unfortunately there is an issue with the shades that were installed and we have been trying to get a hold of Kirk. He was communicating with us up until I mentioned this issue and told him that there also seems to have been some miscommunication over what we got vs what we spoke about. Kirk then stopped responding.We are quite disappointed about this as we thought he was professional and great at first but this has left an impression that is less than stellar with us and we unfortunately would not recommend him.Follow up and simply communicating when something goes wrong with a job at the end are just as important as the beginning of the whole interaction.▪️Edit to respond to youThe reason I wrote my review and didn’t wait around:In our experience so far you haven’t exactly acknowledged messages until either prompted further or after many days of waiting.A simple acknowledgment after 24-48 hours: busy, message received and will get back to you ASAP goes a long way.-the first time I contacted you I never got a response even after leaving you a voicemail. Tim got a hold of you through text and that was that.-then when Tim asked you for a receipt of the final product it took 3 tries and a total of 10 days to get what we had requested.So putting the ownership on me and saying that I should have just called you is not fair since my experience with you is that you do not communicate/acknowledge the message or phone call received.

Kirk was great to work with. He brought samples to us and made sure to listen to our needs and offer appropriate suggestions. We had previously sought a quote from retail blind company, who were content in offering us the most expensive options without really listening to what our concerns were.With 4M Interiors, the solutions provided were based on our actual needs, and Kirk even steered us in a direction that saved us money which was fantastic.The delivery and installation was quick and painless, in and out in under a couple of hours and our house looks fantastic.4M Interiors comes highly recommended at my workplace, and I can see why!

Kirk is now my official go to for anything window covering related and here’s why.....1. When I call, he answers his phone, texts back or calls me back right away.2. When I told him what we were looking for he made some excellent recommendations and narrowed down the choices so we didn’t have to pick from an overwhelming number of choices.3. His customer service is second to none...4. The day we closed on our new house, he was parked outside our home before we came in and had all the windows done before the builders rep was done taking us threw the house.... in fact, my words to the builder were, ‘if your service was half as good as Kirk’s, I would be thrilled.Basically, what I’m saying is, 4M all the way for shades. We have a rental coming up and I’m not even going to bother getting other quotes.
