We are very happy with our new bathroom - a beautiful tiled walk-in shower with bench and matching floor tile and transition. Sandy quickly understood what we wanted and provided great suggestions on how to improve our plans, which we implemented. His quote was competitive and remained true to completion. Jason, our project manager, was wonderful to work with. He made the renovations much easier with the several trades that were involved, ensuring our complete satisfaction. Scott went above and beyond installing a wheelchair lift, platform and stairs in our garage. He researched the lift and determined what was required for proper installation. The custom platform and stairs were built with accuracy and skill. Scott’s attention to detail is evident in the rounded corners and transition board. Many of our friends have commented on the exceptional work from Smith & Sons. Thanks again Scott.

This company is not reputable. 5 of their franchise have quit or went broke. Customers ripped off for more than 1/2 million last year 2022. Buyer beware !!! Pictures and videos do not reflect their ability or skill.

They used trusted professionals for engineering requirements and accurately predicted costs while staying on budget overall. I was in a tough spot having had another contractor not show up to start my project. Smith & Sons responded quickly, I had a quote within 24 hours and they started work the next day. They did everything as promised, but what impressed me most was the attention to detail was like they were working on their own building.I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. I have used several contractors over the past 20 years, but none have impressed me like these guys.
