Absolutely disgusting. So dirty, it appears the workers do not clean at all. Windows are covered in dirty finger prints, the bathrooms were disgusting. Garbages were full. We walked in and walked right outEDIT: We decided to stop at an outhouse on the highway and it was much cleaner

I went today at Tim around 1:15PM I ordered cilantro lime veggie Bowl and i gave instruction that I don’t want tomato’s and cucumbers. But when I went on window she gave me Wrap instead of bowl what i ordered , service was too slow I have 30 minutes break time at my job and she spent 10 to 15 minutes on my order.Please make drive thru service fastThank you.

The bathroom had no soap and toilet didn't flush. Ordered a sandwich, soup, bbq chicken bowl and a couple of drinks. When I got my order I noticed it was a wrap not a bowl and I told the person who.made it that. She told me I ordered a wrap. The lady who took my order showed her on the screen that I ordered a bowl. I left the wrap on the container and when the person making the food picked it up I got a dirty look and an eye roll. I added a picture of the bowl" she made. I had to tear the lettuce leaf up with my hands so I could mix it and eat it with the fork. Barely any chicken or other stuff just rice and sauce."

This location seems to get simple coffee orders wrong often in the evening. I got a xl triple triple with milk at the drive thru, yet somehow ended with a steeped tea with milk but 0 sugar. This is the second time this has happened, the evening crew is not on point for some reason. Cup is even label like a triple triple w/ milk, that’s the real kicker. I didn’t know until I was halfway back to Oakville. Just like the other time it happened. This is starting to get very annoying & frustrating. Some days I’ll go through multiple times for the same order & the day time crew always gets it right but the evening crew has issues getting orders correct.

Service is incredibly slow. Nearly every time I stop by before work, I have to leave empty handed and rushing because they don't get through the line. I have given the owner ample opportunity and information to get the store running smoother, but nothing gets better. Also, they never have plain timbits for dogs anymore.

I am from our of town. I stopped in this afternoon to purchase timbits n I stood there, staff seen me and did not come to take my order. They were more worried about drive through than taking my order. When I worked at Tim Hortons back in the day I would have been in trouble expecially if management was sitting there watching what is going on. So I will never stop there
