Great service, great people, great repairs! They put brakes on my Frankenbike and soon they’ll be slicking my rear tire, and it’s nice and cheap there too

First time visiting the shop with my bike and to say I am impressed would be an understatement. They are very honest and the turn around time on my bike repair was incredibly fast! I will be returning for all my biking needs! I would definitely recommend Mountainview Cycle!

I don’t normally write reviews but in this case I have to let the public know about the service I’ve received at Mountain Cycle. I purchased a bike about a week ago and arranged for the fitting and pickup last Saturday. I managed to take my tire and break system apart incorrectly and had to return to the shop not once but twice. The owner came out and walked me through the process of reconnecting things. Very helpful. The next day I messed it up again (ridiculous… I know) but thankfully again this shop worked with me to get it back to them and fix my mistakes again. They haven’t charged me (which they really should) and they even stayed late to help me out. I’m a stickler about good service and Mountain Cycle has gone above and beyond. If you’re looking for a bike, check them out. Knowledge, helpful and amazing service.

Purchased a bicycle here. The owner is an elderly lady and her son. The lady was nice but very uptight about have my young kids come into the store and insisted on cash only. Her son who works in the back is just straight up scary. Both times i attended he was yelling at his mother and swearing while talking to himself. He has terrible customer service skills. I brought the brand new bike home and immediately realized that he didn't tune it and set it up properly. I am going to take it to a different shop to tune it properly. When i rode the bike for the first time the gears were all crunching and changing gears constantly without me touching anything.

This is a true family owned business. I went in to buy a bike I thought I wanted and they would have ordered it for the next day, but I was able to spend over four hours trying different bikes and riding them around. There was no pressure to buy any bike. They helped me weigh the pros and cons of bikes less expensive and more expensive than the one I went in to see. Even though they were busy they took the time to answer all of my questions and I left feeling great about my new bike.

5 stars level for all aspects , customer service ,fair pricing , honesty.I had a flat tire on my bike and I knew Mountainview by chance, and it was the greatest chance for meBecause the people in there are amazing , they pick up your phone calls for any information, the lady was really nice and kind and talked to me through alot of information , Jarred there is just a professional, he recognized that my inner tube that was in my bike wasn't even the right size and he put the right one in for me in no time, although before I went there I took it to another place and they didn't identify or even solve the problem by any means.But in Mountainview, things are different and extremely professional, i even had something wrong with my gear that needed a little tune up and Jarred fixed it up for me in no time and was more than happy to help with no extra cost.If you have a bike that needs a repair, or need to buy any parts in general , just don't waste your time or money in any other place, these guys are extremely professional and they know what they are doing .

My Specializes bike had been sitting unused for about 7-8 years and was in need of a tune up. I brought it to Mountainview Cycle. What a great job done. Brakes are responsive, gears haven't worked so smoothly since the bike was new. Everything is back to new condition and the cost was very reasonable. Awesome owner who explains things. Definitely the place to go.

This shop is amazing and they have the best customer service. They are reasonable, helpful, kind and definitely are willing to do all that they can to assist you. Jared helped me restore my classic road bike and he paid more attention to details than I did. I highly recommend going here for any cycling related needs.

I was looking for a new bike seat and was given great advice which led to the perfect purchase. Very friendly, knowledgeable people to deal with. I would definitely recommend this place for all cyclists needs.

These people are absolutely amazing! I was in a huge bind today as I have a 100km bike race tomorrow, as a mountain bike rider I decided to pick up a cheap road bike for the ride and didn't realize it had a broken spoke and needed tires. Even though they were extremely busy they knew the race was important to me so they made the time to fix the bike for me. It's really great to see that there are still good people in this world. Thanks so much guys!
