Super friendly service and a convenient location. It's awesome to have the option to get your oil change and lube done overnight.Nice to see a shop actually grease a truck when an oil change is done.Good work and I will be back.

I scheduled an appointment at service a week prior to Feb24 2022.I brought my truck in the night before February 24. I expected them to start fixing the truck asap because that’s what I was promised.I called in the afternoon of February 24 and asked for the updates I was told ‘they never touched the truck yet’, but I was promised the truck was going to be done by the end of the day.Nobody called.I called again At 11 pm on February 24 thinking the truck was done. It wasn’t. They haven’t touched the truck yet.Later in the night they erased the faulty codes and send the truck out as if they fixed the issue.They didn’t.Exact same faulty codes appeared after 2 hours of picking up the truck.I had to drive the truck with DEF faulty. It was very risky to operate the truck under that condition.(Before I brought in my truck I specifically asked whether I could drive the truck or not. They strongly suggested that I shouldn’t drive the truck when having dpr issues, yet they made me drive the truck in that condition)February 26 I brought the truck back to mid ontario truck centres Ajax facility.March 3 I wanted to pick up my truck after I realized that this place was hopeless.I didn’t get the impression from their service department that they could fix the issue.Very basic sensor issue became the most complicated problem for them. Stay away from here. Don’t waste your time.They are literally hopeless.

Winch who works in the service depth was very helpful and great service this place is no.1 I would recommend this service center to all of my friends .thank you Mid Ont truck center

Be wear of the Parts People working in Mid Ontario Truck ( Volvo Truck Ajax ) Many time cheating in parts and over change the price even you call them upon arrival to pick up the parts they charge you more money, Make sure you check the packing other wise not possible to return to exchange it

I had an excellent experience here. My truck was diagnosed and underway with repairs within a short time of arriving. Dan, the service writer provided awesome customer service. As far as the cost goes, I thought it was very reasonable, they beat the average cost. Great team here, always willing to help.

Excellent service experience. I was towed in around 20:00, got in the shop that night, problem diagnosed and repaired before noon the next day. Service writers and techs all courteous and professional, kept me informed about what was going on. Being from out of town (Michigan), I really appreciated how quick they got me back on the road. Very good people ! They believe in customer service . From sales to the service department they have the best and knowledgeable people. I bought Mack truck from their location and i am from calgary . The calgary dealer was not listening to my issue with the truck as they were not covering under warranty as they (calgary dealer)are very money mind people . but durham staff listen my issue and the get it solved even far away from my home town . They believe in customer satisfaction. it was not only about the money but they supported me even they know that i may not be coming back to their location as i am far away . i would like to give them more than five stars...Best Place ... will always try to come to your location when i am around. Thanks

Worst place ever. SCAMMERS they like to overcharge you, just went for an engine oil and they decided to create leakages and charge you additional money

Very bad customer service at parts.They won’t help you with parts for your truck even though they have all the information for truck make and model. And if you buy part they tell you they won’t return or exchange . Now i have bought parts that doesn’t fit the truck but I prefer to garbage the part rather than going back to that place.they guy i was dealing with he wasn’t even just employe he looked like the manager or someone in charge.
