ALSALAM SUPERMARKET
Recently my husband had come to this market a few days ago and has always been a loyal customer, however as many of you may be able to tell he was treated very poorly and unfairly in the case that the store was responsible for missing items in his purchase therefore causing him to waste time and wasting gas to come back to the store without any fair compensation for time being wasted and gas being wasted for the stores mistakes which shouldn’t cost the customer but should fall unto the care of the store. The manager is absolutely the worst person to be in position of this market and definitely does not care if you you have had a bad or frustrating experience, he will only make the situation worse for you so don’t even bother trying with these people it’s not worth spending your money here. There are much better markets in London such as United, west mount Halal food market and more.

ALSALAM SUPERMARKET
Alsalam is the best Mediterranean Supermarket in London Ontario. You can find most of the Middle Eastern grocery, with fresh vegetables & delicious fruits. The best section for me is Halal Butcher, you will find the best fresh meat (beef , lamb or chicken). Very organized, friendly staff (especially the owner)& cashiers. Copatitive prices. Strongly recommend for everybody to visit this supermarket.

ALSALAM SUPERMARKET
As a regular customer of this store, I have been highly disappointed with the rude treatment and unfair treatment from the manager of this facility. I had bought a few items from here the other day, the cashier had forgotten to place the rest of my items in the bag leaving me in a situation where I had to drive from the North of the city all the way back South of town where the market is located. I returned to the store to retrieve the missing items that were not placed in the bag by the cashier, however as a consumer it was not fair to spend money at this store and pay the cost of an employees' mistake. I understand humans make mistakes however I needed some form of a fair compensation for my gas & time being wasted. The manager offered to compensate me with one small can of Thick cream which was the product I had bought 6 of and had 2 missing from the cashiers error. Mind that these cans only cost $1.99 which means the store is buying this product for much less, I had made clear that I would have been satisfied with another set of cans (meaning two more) for the inconvenience caused to me, however I was only offered one more can only for wasting my time, driving through traffic and wasting my gas. I am not only upset about these things but in true disappointment at the greed displayed by the manger and lack of leadership. The Manager showed no care or regards for my situation and did not show any empathy for the inconvenience and chooses to disrespect me among others. I have been a loyal customer of this store and will never again spend a dollar here. This market is run by a manager who is greedy enough and not empathetic enough to let go of one more can worth $1.99 to make his loyal consumer happy which truly shows a lot about his poor character and lack of ability to truly be a boss. I hope the real CEO of Alsalam Market reads this and finds that his appointed right hand man being the Manager of Alsalam is doing the poorest of customer service and if it continues...well good luck to your business.

ALSALAM SUPERMARKET
I visited this supermarket to get ground beef.I asked for 2 lbs. he offered 2.3 lbs since he already cut the meat. I accepted his offer. He cut the meat and took it to the grinding machine, grounded the meat and bagged it, slapped the sticker on it and handed over to me. I didn’t check the sticker again and I continued to do my shopping. I paid for my groceries and I drove home.I arrived home and as I was unloading the groceries, I noticed that the sticker indicates 3.4 lbs!So, what could have happened?1. He might have entered the wrong weight, which is much higher than what I asked for, or2. He bagged all the leftover meat he has in the grinding machine along with the meat I ordered and God only knows what kind of meat it is.I lean toward the later possibility. In any cases, I immediately decided to leave a review on Google and Facebook.I have been giving this business many chances, his attitude with shoppers is repulsive, but now after what he did today, I will not visit this business again.
