Worst Customer Service I have ever experience. Once they have taken your money and completed your project getting a hold of anyone to help you get a simple AutoCad or Spec sheet of the project is impossible. I have called, left messages and emailed multiple times over the past 3 months and neither Tyler or Dustin will call me or email me back. Suggest using Steel Space Concepts

Great company with good staff. Jot Gill was the one that helped us with us finding portable heated mobile washrooms. He provided us with great service. Highly recommended, ask for Jot.

Jot was a great help when we needed some mobile washrooms at one of our sites. He was always responded promptly when I had a question and was able to walk me through the entire process with minimal issues. Will definitely work with Rockbox and Jot again in the future.

We purchased several seacans from Rockbox Structures to help Whitewater Ski Resort adapt to the new changes of the 2020.2021 Winter Season. Two of the seacans we turned into Food and Beverage facilities, one is called the Smoke 'N' Bowl and the other is the 'Taco Tin'. We've received numerous feedback from our guests who love these new services and they made it easy and convenient for us to add additional offerings for our guests outside of our Daylodge. We are excited to continuing using the seacans that we purchased in future seasons as well!

Been in contact with multiple sea can places. Jot was able to get me the BEST price on a custom build insulated container and also have it delivered to our jobsite before our scheduled job start time.I would definitely recommend Jot and his team!!

Many thanks to Thomas and Marina. We ordered the sunset studio cabin. It is perfect for our needs. What we love about it is that it is structurally strong and will look amazing forever. The finishes are beautiful. Everything was thought of and even a few changes we never would have considered. Delivery and set up went well and was ready in two days. A perfect little cabin to enjoy for many years to come. We can’t wait till summer.

We worked with Dustin, Thomas and Tyler with Rockbox in January of 2023. We had narrowed down our project to two companies, one being rockbox. My husband and I met with all three and they convinced us to give them our business. They were yes men and said everything we needed to hear to get us to sign a contract, which we did. We picked all our interior colors and options and were less than 2 months away from our scheduled completion, when they delayed our project. Dustin made up excuses and didn't own any errors on their end. He basically said this is to be expected when working with a construction company (we have worked with some amazing contractors, where delays never occured). And then a few weeks later we got another email saying there would be a significant delay, giving us the chance to cancel our contract. This is a direct quote from the email we were sent This is do to us committing to a couple larger projects that as a business we need to prioritize." Needless to say

Sunset Lodge home #1I had a wonderful experience with Rockbox!My initial consultation was with Marina who is lovely. She is very knowledgable about the build process and was able to answer all of my questions. She was with me throughout the whole process from beginning to end and in a sense, is still with me as she checks up on me from time to time to see how I am enjoying my home. I always felt taken care of by her.Tyler, who is the co-owner was a pleasure to work with as well. Anytime I had a question or needed to meet he was willing to carve out some time for me from his full schedule. This was my very first home build and a big learning curve for me. I am so thankful for his kindness and guidance throughout the process. He always made me feel at ease.He cares about the details and it's inspiring to see what him and his team have created.Tom + Reanna were the project managers on the build and they were the ones who I communicated with the most. Again amazing people. They each have a unique set of skills and combined together made an amazing team. They both were solution focused and were a joy to work with!I researched a number of companies for almost 2 years and I am so glad I went with RockBoxI can't say enough great things about this company.
