Domino's Pizza

I have been ordering all my pizza’s and pasta’s from this location since last 3 years . Today it was my roommates birthday and I wanted to give her treat with Dominoz pizza and coke . The driver only dropped pizza and said that he forgot coke and he will be back in 5 mins , we have been waiting forever until 2 am and he never came . We called the location to check and talked to Fahim , discussed our concern and he talked in very inappropriate and disrespectful manner which was not acceptable to us . This kind of absurd behaviour to such loyal customer is completely inhuman and not acceptable. He said we are closing in 1 minutes and I won’t do anything . He said ‘ you can do whatever you want to, I won’t do anything as we are closing . If zero start would have been minimum I would have given that ….Well Thanks Dominoz for making my birthday -The Most Memorable .

Always have the best service and pizza from our nearby location. Dominos is always great. But they’re just doing something extra right at my local.

For the past 4 years I have always been able to place an order online or through the app and have the order delivered to my house no problem. As of last month the app and the website says that delivery is no longer available to my area. I am sorry Dominos but i only live 2.3km from the store in the Northglens (L1J3H9). How is this too far? You went and upped the delivery fee massively which I happily paid for and I always tipped good on my orders. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I am rarely disappointed. River makes an awesome pie! However 8 months later I’m getting a pizza that is obviously old considering I could walk to the store in 15 Min. Took an old one that had been sitting there and sent it to me. Time to try a new pizza place. I’ve been disappointed since River left.

Always a favourite in our house, I love our Oshawa location, they are always friendly & quick to make our order!

Such a shame really. We were good regular customers. One afternoon - not evening not lunchtime middle of the afternoon we order and it took over an hour to get the pizza. What's worse is it was 37 minutes AFTER the app said it was delivered, and 2 phone calls to the store and o e message to head office that we received our pizza and garlic sticks. When we opened the box it was quite clear that the pizza had been sitting for a while as the slices had separated from each other and the crust was rock hard. I was told by the store manager that I would receive a refund but never did. And head office never called me back. Lost a regular customer. Poor poor customer service.

Fahim was very pleasant and assisted us in placing an online order so that we can maximize savings even though we were in store. There was absolutely nothing negative about the experience, all positives. Thumbs up Fahim!

Prior to picking up my deep pan pizza I took advantage of the coupon on line. Saved five dollars I was amazed with the large variety of cheese bread and types of pizza made available.The sauce and dough was made to perfection. The hospitality was extremely considerate about my order.It was really good to know you can get all that with a 2 litre pop for less than twenty five dollars.The entire experience was well worth the trip.Thank youAnthony C.
