What can I sayy wife got me some jeans at Xmas and I have been trying to return them since then they came in the wrong size. Today was the day that I got the exchange done. ROBERT was great at that store he got my pants exchanged I was in and out really quick you guys and gals are lucky to have someone as good and great as him in that store he is definitely a keeper!

I get allllllll my flipping clothes here! I love this place it alwaysss has my styleeee! Comfy alllll the time! They have crazy good prices it's like everything is on sale! Gosh it's clothing haven! Even the masks are comfy! #livingcovid-19comfy! Love it!

Good review: Bluenotes now carries the comfortable Aeopostale brand and West49 style pants, which is all my son wears. So happy not having to go to the West End of Ottawa for his clothes anymore.Not so good: No advertising of this, so only when you get into the store do you see this. Staff that night, unbusy week night, couldn't give a care that we were there. I went in with 2 teen boys, was not offered help until we went into change rooms. We were not told about sales or promotion neither. Maybe just an off night and they were tired.

Didn't catch her name, but a few weeks ago one of the workers was just so friendly and helpful. She told us a sweet story about one of her young relatives pronouncing flamingo as flapinko because I was buying a flamingo shirt. My boyfriend and I call them flapinkos all the time now.

I was in line while the only cashier was chatting with her friends somewhere in the store. My friend bought a shirt and the cashier said oh I was thinking of buying that shirt after work she was super rude in general when there was no need to be. I’ll be lucky if I go back there.

Staff are super friendly and enthusiastic about answering questions. They have great sales on too! I’ve never tried Aeropostale jeans before - they fit really great.

Understaffed, poorly staffed and not equipped to serve their customers. The place is a also pretty messy and disorganized. Their clothing is cheap in price and quality but I'd say there really is no point in even trying on clothes here... There won't be anyone to let you into a change room.
