I've been shopping for hair colour and shampoos and conditioners at this store for years. Pricing is good and they have a senior discount last Thursday of every month which is twenty percent. Staff are very helpful and they have a detailed knowledge of hair colour products, how to use them, and how to apply. I'll definitely continue to frequent this location.

I’ve been coming here on and off for years to pick up different shampoos, masks, etc. However, now that I’m sticking to one line I’ve realized that each bottle is actually much cheaper here than other salons and Sephora. This is the only place I will be picking up my shampoos, conditioners and masks from now on. They carry all the best, high end products.

I was so tired of paying outrageous prices at the hair salon and decided to bleach my own hair. When I first went in a lady greeted me ( long brown hair I think her name is Kristi ) She was very helpful and talked me through all the products that I needed and how long to leave everything on. I left feeling confident to do my hair on my own because she took the time to walk me through it! Came back in this past weekend and she even more helpful in getting me the blonde I was looking for. Thank you so much Kristi . I will keep coming back!!

I had the absolute best experience at this location!When I walked in the door, the store was well organized and very clean!I was greeted by two friendly women, and was served with the best customer service!They helped me find the perfect shampoo and conditioner that worked with my hair type, also gave me a few helpful tips!I couldn’t be happier with the service I got, I felt an extremely welcomed and appreciated customer!Thanks for spending the extra time to help me find exactly what I needed!!Will be back again, and will recommend to all my friends and family!

I've been purchasing hair products from here for years and they have the best products at the best prices. Each member of the staff has always been so helpful and friendly, and each time they recommend a product I'm never disappointed. They know their stuff!! Today I had a long hair perm done by June recommended by Christie. The perm turned out AMAZING, even better than I expected. She took her time, and she's very knowledgeable. Her service was phenomenal!!

New customers not welcome. I tried 3 times to get an appointment and the 1st time I was told existing customers came first. Then I got an appointment and had to wait a month for it. The lockdown cancelled this appointment and I called for a rebooking and was told I'd have to wait another month. Definitely try another salon if you're a new customers.er.

I went here to buy Paul Mitchell brand as I searched on the web and it came up I think by Google's mistake. Although they didn't carry what I was looking for the person working there was polite friendly sociable and knowledgeable about the products. Store was clean and spacious I'm only giving four stars because I didn't actually buy any products but I'm sure that it would be a great place to purchase from.

I will never recommend this place ever the way June talked to my mother is not right!!! She is rude and disrespectful! My mother’s birthday is coming up and she’s turning 65 and I was treating her for her bday and June called my mother and pretty said since you are not a regular I cannot see you! How rude my mother is not well and has many health issues! This will not be tolerated at all! I am now seeking further....... June you can’t handle customers and tell my mother they are stressing you out than quit! Plan and simple how dare you disrespect a customer!!!!!!

Michelle & Matt, who own this BSO and several others, have been a lifeline during the pandemic... setting me up with professional products, offering curb-side pickup, and emailing detailed instructions for a multi-stage platinum look with shadow roots, which my husband and two adult sons did as a Mother’s Day gift! This is customer service at its very best!!!

The staff is very helpful and friendly at this location. I had June cut my hair and she is thorough and amazing!! I get my hair dyes here as well. Great service!! Highly recommend.
