Service was good considering the long wait times to get appointments. They were able to take me 1 hour early then my appointment which was very helpful. Took only 15 minutes.

I passed my road test today on my first shot! I’ve had a wonderful examiner, Vanessa, she explained me very well and gave precise instructions during the exam. I had to do parallel parking! I was VERY stressed out because I didn’t know much about the streets in Valleyfield and also the car was new to me! Thanks to the examiner who was a very nice lady and made me comfortable. Just do safe driving and parking, this is what they are looking for! Good luck to all those going to the road test.

If you wanna go here, make sure to take an appointment. I went here 2 days ago to do my road test. I passed it quite easily. The receptionist was really nice and polite. They made me wait around 20 minutes and then they called my name for the test. The examiner was really kind and nice to me. Before starting the exam, she verified my car. After the examination of the car, she gave me a overview of what’s gonna happen during the test. She even gave me a few advices. The test was so easy because it’s only on small streets and only 1 small main road. She made me do parallel parking and a reverse parking, so make sure to practice that. And that’s about it! I would really recommend coming here if you want to pass your test on your first try!

Being waiting for three days trying to communicate up to 3 hrs. on hold each day...This is to correct a mistake they made and because of that, I can't book a road test...it is ridiculous, not even to mention the discrimination for the English community in Quebec.

Went there for an appointment(6th march) that was booked on 21th of February and while I was on the line, a staff came to inform that my name is not even on the list and that the rendezvous would be next 13th of April. Already prior to that, I have been waiting since December 28th for them to answer.This system and this government is a joke. Don’t go to any saaq with hope, just expect the worst

If you don't have an appointment, you should be prepared to wait a little. The security guard is nice and the people on the counter are really helpful. I did my practical test there and the instructor, Veronique was patient, gentle and very clear. She was not making me nervous and gave an overview before starting the exam about things I need to keep in mind while the test is on going! (listen to them!! - they want you to succeed!). Thank you

Absolutely great experience and complete all the services I need, all the staff are respectful and helpful, I'm a foreigner and I can't speak French, Every staff are really helpful to explain everything to me, and understand my situation is not allow to use online services, they really trying everything to help me. Thank you very much.

Processed my request without any issues. Staff were friendly and knew what they were doing. Just book an appointment ahead of time, since this location gets pretty busy.

I wish I could give them ZERO . People at the main reception counter are loaded with an EGO that refuse to listen. SAAQ appointment system is a wreck, Playing with people's life.
