有訪客停車位。若無車，進出可叫計程車，非常方便。姑娘們非常幫忙。我的媽媽100歲，2014年住進來。Staff are all good. My mom has lived here since 2014. We appreciate their service.Susan, the director, is friendly and fair. It's difficult to deal with old folks. My 100-year-old mom is not easy sometimes, but she loves and respects Susan.

I had the most unpleasant experience with the staff, not Susan yet.My mom had been diagnosed dementia recently, and was hospitalized for almost a month.And although they are really not equipped for extra care, but somehow they have managed to receive my mom back to the independent senior home at Richmond.And yet, get extremely irritated with my two phone calls in two consecutive days, only because my mother was not in her room.And I need to find out how is her sugar levels, unfortunately I am in America, waiting for my own surgery to be rescheduled.after all, I am also 65 years young.
