Quick “no appointments necessary” accept if you don’t leave your car, we can’t get you in today. Had to go elsewhere for oil change elsewhere, and will have to do the same with tire swap this week.First and last experience with these guys. Staff were nice.

This place is amazing. You get amazing customer service from from the manager Dan as well as the Tech guys in the back. Everyone there is very friendly and easy to get along with and I have gone there a few times for service and will definitely keep going back. Labour prices are decent as well.

Great experience. Probably a bit more expensive than Canadian Tire, but in this case you do get what you pay for. Super easy, well scheduled, and no issues whatsoever.

My wife and I bought new wheels and tires for our cars and based on a previous good experience I took hers there to get mounted. They ended up scratching all 4 wheels on a machine and blamed it on a trainee tech. They did send them out to get fixed, but still charged us for the mounting and when I was paying the desk person said we covered the cost of the repair to the wheels which was quite expensive". Yes. When a customer brings you wheels brand new still in the box and you scratch all 4 paying to fix them is the bare minimum you can do to make it right. That will be my last experience with them."

My review is actually based on two separate visits.My first visit was for an oil change and tire swap. I was annoyed that I waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room with no one coming to check even once. The 2 guys in the garage looked at me and just went back to talking to each other as if I wasn't there. The guy that finally came out of the back was quick, friendly and efficient so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. That visit rated 3.5 to 4 stars...Fast forward to today when I sent my husband there for a tire change (tires on rims so a total of 15 minutes). Yes, he walked in at 4:20 and they closed at 5pm today, still... it was a 15 minute job at most. My husband walks in and the guy is standing there and welcomes him. My husband tells him he has his tires on rims and asks is it possible to get them changed? Now, there's a bay open with no one in it so you'd expect to hear a sure but no.... The guy looks at his watch, looks at my husband and goes pffft

The customer service is amazing and they are so friendly! Got my tires changed and they were super fast.While waiting, I can tell they care about people that come in. Thank you so much and I will definitely come back.
