Food is alright, you get what you paid. Waitress attitude is terrible.They all have no manner and don't treat you like customers. They act like you are there to eat but won't won't pay a dime.

I recently visited Silver Bay Cafe 銀龍 and overall I would rate it 4 stars. The tomato soup base was not particularly strong tasting, and there was no satay taste. The food wasn't that great, but the price was quite cheap. The restaurant itself was quite quiet and clean, which was a plus.

Tried this HK style restaurant randomly and I really enjoyed it! The service was quick and friendly and the food was delicious. The afternoon tea menu is well priced and the HK style milk is a great afternoon pick me up. Would visit again in the future.

Food is good, price is reasonable, but service is very bad ( at least one of the waitress). We asked for chopstick, she told us what’s wrong to use spoon in a very bad manner. Later, we asked for more napkins, she told us it is very expensive and unwilling to give it to us. Hope the management will improve the service.

I don’t expect much to this restaurant, when every time I visited this restaurant because I know what kind of service they provided. But this time, they did an amazing job by made me wrote this comment.Most of all I gave one star is they aren’t service oriented. For the food don’t expect much cause nothing special about it. So what exactly they are focusing on.The answer IS focus on TIPS service industry. What I meant is, they are TIPS oriented and expecting customer give high tips with their perfect score on zero smile and zero service. Even in the end you gave 15% of tips which almost $5 by spending $32 meals for two ppl and they will not even thank you from their heart or say any words of goodbye/ see you next time. Instead they gave you angry/ disappointed face.Not just that, last time I heard from their (staff) gossiping that and that customers only gave them $2-$3 tips. I felt come on man, what’s wrong with you guys. You are in restaurant industries and you complaining customer tips then why don’t you guys focus on customer service then you will understand what I meant.Be professional, understand your weaknesses and improve it.

Quite tasty HK style restaurant. About $10 pp for lunch which includes soup, meal and drink. But they charge a 0.50$ for a takeout box which is excessive IMHO.
