I recently bought a 2018 civic sport hatch from this location. I live in Ottawa and was a little apprehensive about buying a vehicle from a dealership 5hrs away. It was worth the trip. They pre-arranged everything, charged me the Ontario taxes etc. It was super easy!!

Really bad. unfair, full of lies. I think a huge amount of people that gave 5 star are related to the Honda Charlesbourg (maybe employee or relatives or friends) i have not find a person that satisfy from Honda Charlesbourg, on the other hand i have found 5 persons that have a lot of problems with this branch. i bought a car from them 2 years ago, I didn't want to tell for its problems exactly after buying up to these days that I offer them a new key and I experienced again a really bad situation. and the worst thing is that the Honda Charlesbourg manager and their employee told me a lot of lies to cover their mistake, just for 100 CAD.when I bought a car from them 2 years ago after one week I found the bearing of wheels had problem, they did not accept to repair and told me we inspected completely when we sold it. but when another mechanic check the bearing he told me these problem related for a long time.

I purchased my Honda civic from here on 30th December 2020.Sympathetic people and honest ones..They gave me a best deal for my new car.The new car was delivered to me in just 2 days.The processing was very fast.

It seems that the sellers know less than me about a beautiful red H-RV that I dream of...Unfortunately I arrived 35 minutes before the closure maybe it's because of that that no services and no hope to sell another car, humm well maybe I'll need to choose another brand or another dealer.
