Dollar Tree

Extremely rude manager. Took our service dogs in store and she told us they were not allowed in the store. Very upset with this location.

Horrible experience trying to exchange my father's day gift this am. Manager was extremely unpleasant and rude. I don't work there you do. It's your job to explain your work polices to customers kindly. If you can't do that you should get a new job.

For such a big store they have little selection..I feel like theyebcoyld have merchandise better and fit a bigger selection of products out for example they have a whole 6 ft shelf up and own just for bottles of coke. They hardly have any gardening supplies and it is spring time. So that would be a big seller if they chose to set up more than a 6 ft section of gardening / outdoor supplies) seems like head office needs to re think the store layout. Also there were like 6 people working and only 2 customers.. I unfortunately don't see this location getting far. Honestly so underwhelming disappointed I was looking forward to a new dollar store to shop at but it is exactly like the other dollar trees in st catharines.

Huge dollar tree!! Hoping they add more items with all that space but so happy to have one near by!!

Store is open with great hours and lots of cheap items to choose from !
