I want to tell you my sincere gratitude and sincere thanks to your wonderful staff with such integrity kindness and efficiency at the belleville quinte location regarding chris and his total professional knowledge and helpfulness my old phone wasn't able to be used and I have little knowledge myself but had critical medical info on notes area re med tests surg 3 weeks ago previous 2 strokes and 1heart attack and he so gracefully colmly and confidentially looked after everything for me I also was able to use your seating bench as this is my second time out getting chores done he is such an attribute to your company and I will be telling many friends of how his help was totally amazing and a representative to you Tatiana was of the same quality many thanks and gratitude

Fido customer for 2 years now. The staff at Belleville Quinte Mall have always been upbeat and helpful. Particular thanks to Tanya for going above and beyond to ensure that I fully understood what we were doing as we upgraded my phone.Thank you Tanya!!!Further to this post, Brice from the Quinte Mall team was tremendous as well, helping me get the phone set up.Thank you Brice!

I had a wonderful experience at the Mall. I was looking to buy a new phone and provider and my rep for Fido was Stef Bartak. I have never received such care as I have had from her. She went out of her way to help me understand the new phone and being a Sr. it takes a while longer to sink in. She took her time, and there was no rush. I wish everyone that I do business was like her. She knows her job and is always pleasant to help me. You were so lucky the day she applied for this position and I was so lucky she took it. Keep up the good work by hiring people like Stef.

I've always had good experiences here. Rick does a good job working out prices and sets up my new phones. They don't always have a case for the newest phones but he's helped me find them elsewhere. For price and service Fido has been the best and I've tried them all.

Please save yourself alot of trouble and go to another company!This company is the worst phone company ever! Worst customer service, No customer respect!Iv been with them since April and the experiences iv experienced are a nightmare!I have a phone that doesn't work and a customer service team that are useless. I can't even go into my local kiosk due to a disrespectful agent that I refuse to deal with. Fido just ignores these complaints.Please do not waste 2 years paying this company money like I'm going to do!

my boyfriend and I went to fido and Aimee helped us out. She was absolutely amazing and beyond helpful, she was able to get us an amazing deal on a phone and phone plan and made the process insanely easy. overall the best experience with fido we’ve ever had.

My experience at Fido yesterday was awesome. The Fido rep from the Quinte Mall, Belleville, Ont., whose name is Chris, was a very positive, helpful person who had immense patience. He's very focused on pleasing his customers at any cost. He has a fabulous reputation, and that's why I chose to use his services. We were very pleased with how he handled our transaction and will definitely use him again.

Worst Experience Ever, I ordered the IPhone 12 Pro on Dec 3rd and the agent told me that they have availability and due to covid it will be delivered within 3-5 days. But now when I ask them after 7 Days they simply just tell me they are out of stock and it will take 3-4 weeks. Is this the value they give to the customer. Fido is customer oriented they monitor your usage and target on the service you need such as International Calls or Data and then charge you more on that. I have been using Fido since one year and always felt that I was charged more. I don’t recommend Fido to Anyone

I know the manager of this store and this is no reflection upon him. We were having problems with one of our Fido accounts. My spouses phone was automatically getting kicked off the internet. I tried several troubleshooting methods. No luck. The perplexing thing was that my phone was not getting booted, and our internet on all other devices were fine. We decided to go to the Fido outlet to see if we could get some advice or pointed in the right direction. What we encountered was nothing less that unnerving and disrespectful. The young man who helped us" was condescending
