The rates are good but the place needs a major makeover. The cues are broken and chewed into. Everything you touch makes you want to wash your hands. Music is too loud. Free tea was a good touch hence the two stars.

Had a bad experience visiting this club.1.Table cloth needs to be replaced.2. No staff present when entered.3. All the cue sticks available were bend and No playable cue sticks can be found.I suggest you should buy your own cue stick if visiting this place.

Gives me a feeling of snooker parlour in India. The main difference is that smoking is not allowed here. Overall the tables are nice, don't forget to try their Karak chai it's amazing. They also have a restaurant which serves typical Pakistani food. It's also delicious,

Average tables. The whole place needs a good cleaning the balls, cues, sticks all are dirty. Some tables have no markings. The cost per hour is $10. This is very fair. The people are very friendly also. This place has a lot of potential. They could also use a few TV's on the walls.

Asked the person over there to change table… he showed us attitude and yelled at us “ kya ho gya bhai”.. even though half of the tables were empty… after he came to us while we were collecting everything that you’re throwing balls on my table.. and he didn’t even apologise… take your attitude in your a**… never coming back to this place and suggest friends to do so…

This place is connected to a restaurant, Masala hut, and when I say connected I mean the smoke from the restaurants kitchen fills up the entire pool hall. Never did I think I’d smell of Indian food coming out a pool hall.Great chai and prices though. Go if you don’t really care about oxygen.

No lighting outside and very little signage. No staff in sight. This establishment is in desperate need of a good cleaning and paint job. To reach the billiards area, you have to pass the washroom and the stench is awful. A truck pulled up to the back door and delivered a skid of product while we were waiting to be book a table. The driver was also waiting for someone that worked there to assist. We left within 30 minutes of arriving. So sad that the potential for this place is being wasted. For Bramalea/Brampton peeps... this is NO Diamond Jim's.

Good place to vibe…but zero level of hospitality. Who so ever was the guy I don’t give a s**t, about your attitude buddy. But if we are paying for something we expect the same level of service too.Customer have there demands, if he or she is paying for it, rather than showing ur attitude try to put down your ego first. I use to come at this place all the time….but no more, sorry.D**k-head.

Its okay. Doesn't look anything like the rendering in the image. The snooker tables are excellent. Not my favorite pool tables, but there are lots if them.
