I usually go to this institute for appearing in Microsoft exams once every 2-3 years as its quite a spacious one among all others in nearby location.Today I went there and my experience wasn't the pleasuring one. Here is what happen:Before starting exam - Staff asked to check what's inside your pocked. I said nothing and then she ask to show the pocket by making it upside down. I said Are you serious, she said yes with a very loud tone. Who does that? Its Canada. if you can't trust the other person how will you run the business. SHe then handed over a very small paper for rough work upon my request and told this is enough for you even my exam required a lot of writing. Anyway, I was here for an hour so thinking that I went in.While I was giving exam, I heard another person came in for exam writing and she didn't ask to show the empty pocket from that person. (Looks to me the case of race)After the exam - I throw the paper in garbage by showing to the camera on top of the garbage and she can review the recording, there was nothing wrong there.. she yelled at me very LOUD saying, why did you do that. You're supposed to hand it back to me." - Perhaps she is right

I am a graduate of the business administration program, It's the best College, Renu is a great person and all the time she's looking to help everyone, i really recommend!

Very bad experience I’ve been waiting for CPR class from last 2 months but they are not giving and also the behaviour of their is really rude.I’ve paid $300 but They are just treating that they don’t care if you’re waiting for 2 months or 3 months for security license.

I am very grateful and thankful to Renu mam and Ajay Sir for giving me opportunity to work in respective institute. I worked for almost 1 year. Renu mam is very kind and helpful. I really had a good experience.

Staff do not wear masks and they proceed to argue and yell at people writing tests in isolated rooms for not wearing masks. Seems like the staff are hypocritical about policies and only care about their pride in winning an argument, even though they win" by not wearing masks inside the facility. Why should I wear a mask when I'm sitting alone in a room and behind a computer but the staff don't need to wear one while they yell at me?"

Unprofessional and rude staff. I went there for AWS exam and the lady over there said I cannot give the exam since there is a technical difficulty from morning.She did not say how long will it take to get it fixed, and told me to just wait or reschedule my exam.Finally, after waiting for 2 hours, they told me to reschedule the exam since it cannot be fixed.They should have informed us in prior that the test center has some difficulties, that would save everyone their time.
