Was looking for a simple, comfy bra for daily, and I was really happy after leaving the store today. Taya was awesome, she helped me find the perfect bra, and it was on sale. She went above and beyond to help me, great customer service. She didn't try to upsale and was genuinely wanting me to find the perfect fit.First time visiting this store, and will definitely come back. Good prices and we'll maintained/tidy. I usually love La Vie En Rose and have made numerous purchases...however, this store will not receive my business. The clerks spent more time talking than helping customers. No one supervising the change rooms and as I was changing another customer stuck their hand in my room. It was disturbing. When I told the clerk she just blew it off. Surprised/Disappointed...I left without purchasing my picks. Would have spent $300.. From now on I'll go to the Langley store - my experience was completely different there. They want customers. There's a better selection and friendlier customer service too.

I'm very disappointed that La vie en rose lost their beautiful unique style and material. They don't sell any more of satin lingerie and pajamas, most of their items now are cotton and lace! Even the panties lost their beautiful style.

I had the best experience ever shopping there. I normally am not a fan of clothes shopping and especially bras but the woman who helped me ( unfortunately i didn't get her name but she has beautiful purple hair) was amazing and super helpful and it made the whole experience enjoyable and fun. And because of the amazing sale i got amazing deals as well. All of the women workign there are super lovely and amazing. Thank you so much

First time in this store, my wife wanted to take a look. I was very pleased that she found what she was looking for, after visiting so many other stores. Fluffy soft night wear, parts and pieces. I mostly waited outside until she was finished. Thanks for being suppliers of traditional Christmas gifts.
