Todd Fairbanks Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

I give Dr. Fairbanks 5 stars.Best doctor for me and I feel very lucky that I found him. For the last 7 month, I had to see three ENT specialists and a dentist just to show them a lesion inside my mouth. No one had a clue about what it is until I found Dr. Fairbanks. He is the only doctor said it's an oral lichen planus and it was confirmed today by a biopsy result.

My son had 4 wisdom teeth removed, Dr. Fairbanks, from the consultation put my son at ease. He has wonderful patient mannerisms, answers questions and doesn't rush you. The front desk girls were professional and helpful. The building/facility is wonderful. I can't say enough about the nurses, they are so helpful and put you at ease.So happy our dentist referred us here,you are in good hands.

I never write reviews but WOW, Never have I been so dissatisfied. I was referred to Dr. Fairbanks for my jaw and after a two minute consult I was charged 250$. I’ve never been charged from a specialist in my life. I never told that I would be charged this much because if I was I would have never went. The girls at the front who answer the phone are EXTREMELY rude and patronizing as well. If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would.

Best oral surgeon in Calgary! I saw 4 other surgeons and specialists in the city. Fairbanks is a cut above! -- yep, that's a surgeon pun:) It's also a well deserved compliment. Fairbanks is the best. Absolutely recommended!

I needed to have a tooth extracted (my first adult one) and I was a little anxious and nervous. Dr. Fairbanks and his team were all amazing and very nice. They set my mind at ease and answered any questions that I had. They fully explained the after care and what to expect. They direct billed to my insurance and even gave me a quote for the implant without me asking. If you're going to see Dr. Fairbanks, you're in good hands!

Went in to the office everyone is so nice filled out all the paperwork and was called back where the dental assistant met me and got me prepped was amazing for 3 extraction 2 were impacted wisdoms. My teeth don't come out easy. Dr. Fairbanks was very professional and caring. Had my teeth our in about 30 minutes with little to no pain.Thank you for the great experience I wouldn't hesitate to see them again.

My son, who is a student, had 4 wisdom teeth pulled at this facility. They never gave him any kind of a quote. The cost of this was over $2400. The surgery was less than 1 hour to remove the 4 teeth and they still charged a $550.00 Facility Fee. Two of the teeth, they charged $320 for each tooth and the other two they charged $445 each. It is absolutely ridiculous how a business such as this can get away with being money gaugers. I warn anybody and everybody not to use this Dentist unless they have a bunch of money that they want to throw away. It is time the public stand up for their hard earned money and not give it to businesses such as this clinic that in no way what so ever can justify charging rates such as what we had to pay. It would have been cheaper to go to Mexico, like thousands of other do with better Dentists, to have this done.

Dr. Todd Fairbanks and his team are wonderful. They explain everything and take the time to listen to your concerns and ensure you are being handled professionally. I saw Dr. Fairbanks last year and returned to him just today and he's one of the best and I had such a wonderful experience (as wonderful as you can get with having extractions ;)). He is compassionate, knowledgeable, fantastic demeanor, thorough, and has a very warm personality. I would recommend anyone see Dr. Fairbanks if they are looking for a thorough and great experience from start to finish. Thank you again Dr. Fairbanks and to all of your wonderful staff members at his office!

Normally I don't write reviews however I wanted to as Dr. Fairbanks really went over and above in bedside manner along with the day of having my wisdom teeth removed. The next day after the surgery, I received a personal phone call from Dr. Fairbanks to see how I was doing along with asking to see if I had any questions. Truly a professional in his specialization!
