Came here for an order pickup and have to wait for 3hrs from the time I was given to pick up.. When i told that i am waiting from last 2 hrs, I got a reply that sometimes people even have to wait for 4 hours.. If it's an everyday issue, would be better if they fix it soon.. Wanted to give 0 star but their is no such option..

The kiosk for printing the photos are out of order. Literally all of their 4 to 5 machines are not working. No agent at the counter and no one picks up the call to confirm information which could have atleast saved my drive.
