I had an upsetting experience the other day when my car got stuck on the side of the road while driving to work at around 7am. I contacted Allstate driving service only to find out that it would be 2-1/2 hours before they could arrive. As a result, I decided to call Chris's Towing because I noticed that he had excellent reviews. I am so happy I did. Chris, the owner, turned the whole experience into the best it could be for what he was. From the first contact, Chris was professional and sympathetic to the situation. He quoted me a fair price and he immediately came to pick up and tow my car to my mechanic (about 25 minutes away). While waiting on the side of the road, he maintained periodic communication with me so that I knew he would be there soon. In fact, throughout the entire process, he was professional, kind, courteous and personable. On the ride down, he was an excellent listener as I droned on about how upset I was and how much I loved the car. Moreover, throughout the entire process, he meticulously and respectfully handled the car. I cannot say enough good things about Chris. If you should happen to get stuck, Chris is the one you would want to call for assistance.

My son goes to Niagara University and lost the key to his vehicle and we needed to tow it the dealership. I called Chris because he was so highly rated. I don't even know if I have the words to describe how incredibly kind this man is. He diverted his schedule (he's a one-man-band) to stop and check to see if he could even get to the vehicle to tow it (being that it was parked in a big lot with lots of other cars). He then opened the car for my son to let him look inside one last time just in case the keys were there. He waited to make sure that he would be able to tow the vehicle before he charged me. I mean, in terms of customer service alone, Chris is 11/10! He's professional and friendly and if you want to support a small business I can't imagine it gets any better than this. I have used Chris a few times and every single time he’s been very professional. Recently I was in an accident and my car was towed to a collision shop. The price they charged me was absurd. I wasn’t sure if my vehicle would be drivable to get it home. I called Chris and he was more than willing to tow it for me for a very reasonable cost. Thankfully I didn’t need it towed to the house but he did call and check to make sure I was able to drive it and even asked how myself and my passengers were feeling. I would recommend Chris to anybody who needs a tow! Professional and compassionate!
