Super fun experience bottling our cider!

Very poor customer service. Placed a $1500 order for grapes, then I waited for a month, in the mean time received two confirmed emails about my orders!! Then I was informed that my order wan not place. Why? According to Flying Fish our order did not have a deposit, There was no mention of deposit in the email or when I placed the order! as such no order! Why We did not get a notification or email or phone call about it? not we told told to about the deposit? Why Flying Fish send us two confirmation that order was ok and placed? On Saturday we called, and was informed that we had no order, and they were too busy to call and get the deposit. Extremely poor performance, now we are scrambling to buy grapes and are going to Vancouver. What kind of establishment is this? a joke. A complete lack or customer support and service.

Melanie and Derek are fantastic to work with - friendly and knowledgeable.Their rental cider presses are amazing- my wife just might let me keep making cider at home it’s so easy! Thanks Flying Fish for saving my marriage.

Had the pleasure if making wine and cider here. The cider was amazing, we used apple and Asian pear from our garden. They crushed our fruit and it came out awesome. The early presents that I have given out had reviews back to me as best cider ever"

Great service. This is prob the only place that will take your own home grown fruit and turn it into wine or cider.

Melanie was amazing and so helpful! We made our wedding wine at flying fish and I would say that this was the easiest part of wedding planning. The process was easy and so fun bottling the wine. The wine tastes great and we cant wait to enjoy it at our August 2019 wedding.

I’ve brought my quince and blackberries to Flying Fish and the result has been excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable. Great value and I have no reservations recommending the service. Nothing quite like having your own property’s boozy produce to share with visitors in a summer afternoon!

We have been customers of flying fish for a long time. Our most favourite are the fresh grape juice Wines. Highly recommend them!!!Derek and Melanie know what we like and are always very helpful. Great friendly service!!We are going to venture and try the mango cooler... can’t wait to try it!!
