Jass is the best salesperson i ever dealt with in this location. His product knowledge is great. I went in to buy a tv and jass informed me about the current giftcard promos visions was offering on their cellphones at that time. Jas helped me to pick a right tv for me and moreover he made my cellphone plan cheaper then i was paying before. I used that promo giftcard towards my tv and got new cellphone as well with best plan. I will highly recommend to see Jass at this location.Thank you Jas

Staff know more than your typical big box. Extended warranties, which I usually avoid, are refunded if you don't use it so I have been opting in. In the past 12 months I've bought a laptop, projector, and dishwasher. In each case they staff were actually helpful in making a decision which has become rare these days. You can negotiate on price on big ticket items which I like but I know some people find this stressful.

Brian at Visions in Langley did a fantastic job with my tv purchase , friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and concerns. It was such a great deal even with the extended warranty. I paid for it and wanted to pick it up a few days later because of the size and he gladly offered to keep it on site until I come back with help to bring it home . Thanks for great service Visions !

Today, I had a delightful experience at Visions Electronics, thanks to my local friend's recommendation. This was a welcome change after a nightmarish purchase at Best Buy, where the brand new Samsung monitor I bought turned out to have a screen problem upon receiving it. Adding to the frustration, Best Buy's logistics service with Purolator repeatedly failed to deliver the product to my address. In stark contrast, I am immensely grateful for the exceptional service and assistance provided by Jass and Josh at Visions. They exhibited remarkable patience in listening to my needs, offering various options and ideas, and efficiently organizing everything to save time for customers, while ensuring complete satisfaction with the requirements in multiple ways. Now I would like to recommend Visions Electronics to others.

I recently purchased kitchen appliances for my my new home . I went to the store stressed out without having much knowledge about the appliances, but Aloshy Francis helped us to get everything we needed . He was very thorough and took time to find the best quality products. We ended up buying Bosch convention oven & dish washer and Frigidaire refrigerator. He made us very comfortable and we got the best deal with Mother’s Day sale! All staff were warm and helpful but Aloshy was exceptional ! I would definitely go back to the store 100% . Bought a laptop for my daughter when she visited from a young friendly man, Luke or Lucas (sorry) and when she got back home she had some issues and he was able to help her get the issues resolved at home!! Out of province..thank you!! Vision’s really does stand by there products!! Thank goodness. Thank Luke/Lucas much appreciated!!
