Superb professional staff. Spoke with Lynn who was knowledgeable about the service required. Followed Covid-19 guidelines as required by the government. Dropped off microwave one day and fixed the next. Highly recommended. I've been here 5 years ago with the same professional service as well.

To make my story short. They still have a Covid 19 voicemail message and reduced hours of operation. Judge by yourself. Its august 2022. Don't deal with them you wont be happy!!

It's unfortunate people are forced to deal with this company for Panasonic warranty repair issues. The receptionist has no business dealing with customers. Rude and arrogant, she thinks she's smarter than her customers. Thinks.I'm only giving two stars because the technician was ok to deal with.

Great staff there. They were helpful and quick to assist me in getting my camera in for repair. It was painless and less stressful than I thought it'd be for some reason.On top of that, they reply to emails/inquiries pretty quickly. Great job!Hopefully the repair goes as well as their customer experience. =)

Easily the most frustrating customer service experience I've had in a long while.Contacted them for a part for a Panasonic camera as they're the only authorized service center in the country listed on Panasonic's website.Said they don't want to assume" the parts needed until they look at the camera

Bought a panasonic shaver spending over $240 which has problems (2 weeks) and panasonic wants me to send the item here at my own cost so I thought it's best to leave a fair review of this place.

My camera came in for a easy fix, but the receptionist was rude, arrogant, short with me. She became flustered because I had questions about the repairs on my camera. I have never had such terrible customer service! I have never been spoken to like that by any person dealing with the public. I am not easily frustrated, but this service was pathetic, as I am even taking the time to write this...

I was very pleased with the prompt, courteous and efficient service. I called them first thing and they told me to bring up the camera. They had it fixed the same day within 2-3 hours of my bringing it there.
