Whitby Taekwondo Academy

My daughter loves coming every week! She is learning a ton and burning off steam as well. We've seen her start to learn discipline, patience, and coordination. Most importantly these classes have brought a level of confidence in her, Master Ron is the most amazing instructor I have seen so far. He is invested in all of his students and brings out the best in them. The whole team at WTA -Miss Lynn, Miss Natalie every single one of them make you feel more like a family . The summer camps were extremely well organized and every minute details had been taken care of. I actively recommend it to other families.

This past December our son was interested in learning Taekwondo. I decided to google where we could sign him up and came across Whitby Taekwondo Academy. He did a trial, and loved it. He continues to train online (due to the pandemic) and is extremely motivated by Master Ron and all of the teachers each class. The classes are great and they are doing a great job through the pandemic. If you or your child have an interest in Taekwondo, I highly suggest signing up here! We were so happy to find Whitby Taekwondo Academy!! Thanks for being such an incredible, welcoming place!

We were looking for a fun activity to do as a family. We found Whitby Taekwondo and thought we would give it a try. We are so happy we did!! Master Ron, Ms Lynn and all the other instructors are fantastic!! They are all so welcoming and helpful. We love going to every class and will continue to go to their classes.

I highly recommend for all kids. If you want them to have discipline and to learn how to defend themselves. Master Ron is one of the BEST!!! My two sons currently attend now. The staff will work with you if you need extra help plus if you have your kids in the class, parents are FREE.Another year has passed and now my sons are Black Belts (see pictures below). Thanks to Master Ron and staff, my sons are continuing to learn. My son's grades have gone up in school. Again, I highly recommend that if you have a chance, bring your kids in and let them try, it is FREE for the first week. Usually if you have a kid in the program then the parents are Free. What do you have lose??? Staff is super good with all kids.

Whitby Taekwondo offers an amazing learning environment for kids and adults alike. Kind and patient instructors make kids feel at ease during classes. Master Ron leads a high energy class challenging participants to come out of their comfort zone. Kids love going to the academy and I would highly recommend Whitby Taekondo to anyone looking to provide their kids safe environment to learn self defense skills.
