I have been going here for a few years and would go nowhere else. The staff is amazing and the job they do is amazing. I have never been disappointed. Whenever I want a design done they have always done a beautiful job. I get wonderful comments about my nails all the time. My granddaughter loves the designs.They are also wonderful with walk ins. I have never waited more than 10 minutes. I would not go anywhere else.

I went to the salon to have my nails touched up after having a gel French manicure done two weeks prior and still not had one peeling, I only wanted them replaced from growth. My nails were done two weeks prior and still not had one peeling. I wanted to get them touched up and they said I had to take everything off because they were gel, and I gladly payed to have them replaced as the price was reasonable.The manicure was poor, The nail polish was old and sticky, The gentleman who was doing my nails, did not speak more than 5 words of English and I had to speak to him through another man who spoke English. He had to have him redo four of my nails, as the lines were shaky and looked awful and had some clumps.I gladly still paid, I did not get frustrated or short after over an hour, and I even still tipped him as he worked hard to try to fix his errors. (I gave him a chance)My biggest complaint is because of the old nail polish not even two days later, and my nails were peeling and chipping!It’s not even worth going there to save five or $10 , compared to other places that will do a quality job and have your nails last at least a week or more… or 2+like the previous place.Stay away!

A week and a half in advance I called and booked two pedicures. On the day of the appointment, we show up 5 minutes before the time slot and we’re greeted by no one and left standing awkwardly at the front. Despite having a pre-booked appointment, every single staff there was occupied with a customer and in the middle of all their services (no where near finishing up for any client). Eventually, after about 10 mins of waiting, someone did acknowledge us standing there and we confirmed that we had an appointment for two pedicures. They nodded and then went back to ignoring us— making absolutely zero effort to get the water started or have us pick the shellac colours etc. We were getting the most expensive pedicure with shellac for $45 each plus a paraffin treatment that was also previously booked too. They continued to ignore us and so we ended up leaving, as evidently the business, nor the pre-booked appointments were a priority to this business. First and last time customers!

Went to Regal Nails for an appointment for a manicure and pedicure for my graduation. They took me 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment and a day after my graduation I started feeling a pain on my big toe. I found out after it started enlarging and turning purple with pus coming out(now reddish/purple) that they gave me an infection with infected tools that they used on my feet. I would not suggest going there anymore.

I don't normally get my nails done because I never like how they turn out, but I have to say I was very impressed with the quality of how my nails turned out and would definitely return! They were also one of the only nail salons that were open late on a Monday and had availability in the Orleans and Cumberland area. There was a miscommunication about the cost of getting my nails done, but the quality of the work made up for it.

Not bad service but the dip powder brand, or the accompanying gels they use, are so bad, it barely lasts a couple of days! I'm not paying $50 to get good nails for a day before suffering through removal!

Worst pedicure ever! Had to fight to get my feet scrubbed! They are only getting one star because Jon did a great job on my friend runaway from Cindy! Rather be on her phone than do her job.

I went there many times with my friends and cousins. Whenever I go always bad customer service. Sometimes I was asking for colors and they were just laughing. They always use bad brands and old dry nail polishes because my shellac came out next day and this is not the first time. Last time I went there a blond girl was doing my nails and a guy came in he started to do my nails he even did not washy his hands and he was smelling smoke a lot and i have allergy of that. I told him to use gloves and he got mad, after he put his gloves on he laughed and said he is allergy to females but he is working at nail salon for females which is weird. I was always going there because they are so close to me but it was last time for me. I do not suggest this salon to anybody. DIRTY, CHEAP, RUDE, OLD AND BAD QUALITY, DISRESPECTFUL.

I tried to do a walk in last week they have a sign saying to call for an appointment but advertise walk ins on the business card. They ignore people and don’t even greet clients.I took an appointment for a mani refill it’s powder and a pedi. The pedi is done really fast I’ve done some before so I know . I still tipped the gentleman.After the pedi they made me waste time to start while they cleaned other pedi stations.Then I’m told they don’t do powder refills I’ll have to go back to my original place or get everything removed to do a a full set seriously ? At first I thought I’m already here to just go along. I decided not yo do the removing and new full set powder.Hen was rude too don’t waste your time .I paid for my pedi and left

Great service by Bi , my nail technician! Has attention to detail!! Was able to do walk in appointment very easily. Love the convenience of location in Walmart.
