My daughter's Mazda CX-9 has had catastrophic engine failure. We are still waiting for Mazda Canada to tell us what they are going to do about it but in the meantime the service from the complaints department has been very frustrating. We aren't getting called back when we are told we will be. They refuse to let us escalate the issue to management. And it has now been 2 weeks where my daughter, who is a single mom, is having to wait while they decide what to do. The service department told her to sell her 2014 vehicle to a junkyard for parts! Not acceptable!

Mazda CX-5 is not a reliable car and we don't recommend it.at 140,000 Km the car starts costing us more than $8,000 for annual repairing and fixing mechanical issuesI have taken great care of our car following all the recommended maintenance schedules and doing all the service requirements. The unexpected costs have had a significant impact on our budget and have left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.and when we called @Mazda_Canada they were unhelpfulDon't do our mistake and buy Mazda car

Worst service at Richmond Signature Mazda. No one returns phone calls or emails. Mainly finance department. Making things very difficult for me.
