Fritou

I have tried fried chicken at so many other places and there is no comparing to Fritou's chicken. It is always fresh, well seasoned and the customer service is A-One. I recommend this place to anyone who loves fry chicken.

This is currently the only Fritou location in Ontario and they have done the chain a disservice. They certainly do not change their deep fryer oil as my chicken has a smelly, dark, burnt crust (see photo attached). Don't waste your time and money at this location.

Decided to try here for their 3rd Anniversary Promotion: $12.99 8Pc. + Fries [Plus free small slushie coupon]Food:We ordered their Regular and Western chicken; both were plain and basic. Especially salty... also had their regular fries and spicy fries; again plain and salty, as though they were bought from the grocery stores that can made at home. Even their spicy fries were basic despite the spices (which were not coated evenly). Their slushies on the other hand were good.Customer service:The wait time was atrocious! For a place that should be considered fast food; they are not. Customer service was not good. The owner had his teenage daughter take orders and she was not welcoming. They are unorganized and incompetent. While patiently waiting for our order, another couple walked in and ordered the same promotion but received their order first because the daughter had given our order to them; we overheard the owner lecture her saying that we were waiting first.Packaging:In terms of their packaging: Not very sturdy, but could be a part of an environmental initiative or to cut costs, can't say for sure. Which is possibly why they do not separate the fries from the chicken; just toss them all together in the flimsy box...Overall:This restaurant is small with roughly 10 tables for eating in. Accepts all forms of payment. Their menu is super expensive for such basic and salty food. In addition to poor customer service, definitely will not be coming back. Only gave them an extra star because of their free slushie.

Fritou is honestly one of the best places to eat. Their menu selection is wide and their prices are affordable. My favourite thing to get from there is the spicy chicken burger combo and Spicy popcorn chicken. There is no other place like this.

This place has the best fried chicken I’ve ever tasted. The meat is well seasoned and cleaned. It’s crunchy and overall well cooked. Besides the luscious smell and welcoming feeling when you walk in, the small franchise has top-tier customer service. They’re patient and warm, and I will continue to support this business as they’re well-mannered every time you walk in and have diverse food options.

I've been eating at Fritous for years and can honestly say that it consistently provides fresh, crispy, and delicious food at affordable prices. My personal favourite is the spicy chicken burger combo with the spicy fries! I promise you won't regret eating here.

Been going here for many years now and still continues to be my favorite chicken place. The prices for the quality of food you get is amazing. Personally recommend their spicy popcorn chicken and spicy wings. If you are in the area you HAVE at to stop by fritous. You won't regret it.

The poutine, and fries are always fresh, crispy and delicious. The new funnel cake for Ramadan is so good! Would highly recommend anyone try!
