Asked for BBQ sauce in the bag . Went to grab the bags . Confirmed there was BBQ sauce in the bag and she said yes .I was in a rush and didn't think to check . There was no BBQ I paid for in the bag .I said it twice and now it's a snow storm and I don't have what I purchased all because your worker couldn't follow the instructions on the screen or give a look when I asked if she wasn't sure.

If you want to get ripped off, here's the place.Apparently you can't add cheese and bacon to the whopper Wednesday burger. You have to pay full price for the meal. That makes no sense as I work in fast food and you can modify any burger.That being said, customer service is key. Typically, you look for the best deal for the customer. Not here.After explaining why we got charged too much at least 3 times I was finally asked if i wanted to speak to a manager.Sorry, apparently it's too much of a hassle. I hope they sleep good at night not caring about their guests.The burgers weren't even fresh. $42 for 2 meals and a kids meal. Times are tough, and we estimated about a $10 loss. Not everyone has money to throw away.

Store was full of flies, despite being fairly busy store. On the top of that, I was served stale fries , when I asked them about it the guy took them back and garbaged and got me new ones which were fairly good. I saw a person not wearing mask as well inside the kitchen area, would prefer not to go again.

Paid almost $15 for 2 whoppers with cheese. We got home and started to eat our burgers, they tasted horrible and burnt. Opened our burgers and both top buns were charred to the point that you could not taste anything but the burnt bun

I'm not a big Burger King fan, they had a good special of 2 whoppers for $10. I'll admit the place was clean and the staff was friendly. The burgers we good as well. Impressed.

Just had the worst burger ever! Ordered Bacon and Cheese whopper and onion rings. The burger and rings were stone cold. Spent $15. for nothing..... threw out half of it.

One of the best burger King locations I've ever been to. Staff is super friendly and helpful for all. It's clearly visible that team members are well trained and are best at what they do. I have never seen such an outstanding customer service by a restaurant staff. Kudos to entire team. Still, I'd like to shout out to prem, Ravi and umang for making my experience best.
