Ally was very helpful adding professional assistance for my product search. After receiving my new gear I had a some sizing issues. She quickly responded to my email and issued a return and shipped the correct size no questions asked. I would highly recommend this company and the products they provide!

I have dealt with Ally on the purchase of a great deal of Pfanner product over the last couple of years through Savoy Equipment and the customer service I have received has been outstanding. They always have what I need and they go out of their way to get it to me quickly. If I could rate them 10 stars I would !
