They get the order wrong 50% of the time if it involves food. This is especially the case if you make any form of modification. Last week they forgot my hash brown and this week I ordered two sausage breakfast sandwiches but they gave me two of those new ones with no egg. Half the reason I got them was for the egg. I won't be going here for food anymore. McDonald's by comparison is almost always accurate even when I frequently order for my wife who heavily modifies the breakfast sandwich. From now on I think I will only go to Tim's for coffee if it's a lot more convenient and rarely if ever for food, particularly at this location.

8:30am no eggs at all lol.. the day before 20 minutes wait for eggs to be made. Bys stick to coffee the greed for money got you all in a spin what a waste of time

Gotta love Tims! Staff was friendly and my tea was perfect. Also loved the sign on the washroom, too cute!!

I never got my order correct, always missing things from my food with no notice like a breakfast sandwich just came with a piece of massacred egg. They have a large menu but only carry like 3 items a day so they should just get rid of the menu altogether and just say (only coffee and tea)

It took 5 attempts to get my order correct. A small white milk, small chocolate milk, and a mix of 6 muffins should not be that complicated.

Fast service. Orders are accurate and mistakes are minimal. Food is good. Best chipotle sauce in the city.

They sometimes seem confused, but with the turnover in the industry, I’ll bet they’re frequently new. Otherwise, no complaints about speed or service. Usually very friendly staff. The drive thru is normally pretty speedy. The donuts themselves are sometimes stale by afternoon so get them early.

Had to wait 15 min for a bfast sandwich. Mot acceptable. Someone forgot the order. No compensation.
