Toronto Brake

Dan and Shannon are very transparent and treat customers like family. I enjoy spending time there and the wait room is great with lots of sunlight, a comfy couch, The Toronto Sun and other magazines to read and the TV on in the background. Good place to get work done while one waits for the car. They take the car in when they say they will.

We bought a used vehicle Mazda 5, back in July this year. It has almost 200km on it, so we knew there might be some repair works to register. We dropped off our vehicle at a mechanic Downtown initially. It took them a week to do the inspection, and they gave us a quote with the price that's more than the car itself, and we might need to extend the temporary permit since they need more time to do the work if we decided to go with the quote. We only had 2 days left to replace the brake and exhaust pipe to pass the inspection, so we decided to check out Toronto Break. Dan provided a significantly more reasonable quote than the shop Downtown, and he can get us in the next day. Shannon was working on our vehicle. He was very professional and took the time to explain what needed to be done and how he planned to do it. He finished everything, including the inspection, and gave us enough time to register the vehicle within the same day. We've been using the car for the past couple of months now and are very happy with it. Thank you, Dan & Shannon.

Got rear brakes done with them about 1 1/2 Yrs ago. I have a Toyota so for some reason my rear breaks always have a squeaking noise. Have always been told it’s normal. With Toronto Break, my rear break don’t squeak at all.Just got my rear breaks cleaned and adjusted. Very good price, excellent work, and on time with appointments.I will, from now on, be coming to Toronto Break for break service.

Both Shannon and Dan are very easy to deal with. When I need a job completed that is time sensitive, they get the job done. As a small business owner myself they give great customer service and reasonable rates. Keep up the good work.
