MADYSEN! I don't even know where to begin with how incredible Mady is. She saved me when my hair stylist for my wedding cancelled on me 2 weeks before my wedding. And I'm SO lucky that she did, because she's a hairstyling GODDESS. She did hair for myself, 5 bridesmaids and 2 junior bridesmaids and NAILED it. We received so many compliments on our hair the day-of, and already in my wedding photos. She is incredibly kind and so fun to be around.

Madysen has been my hairstylist since 2020 and she is hair WIZARD! I love coming to get my hair done by her as she always delivers amazing results with what I want to achieve with my hair. Chatting with her and just getting to know each other throughout my appointments makes me feel more like a friend than just a client. ❤️

My sister and I both had bad experiences here. Staff was kind and lovely but cut was uneven. She did not dry cut my hair so when I straightened it at home it was unbelievably uneven. I asked for a blunt cut and she gave me layers. When I called them they offered a complimentary fix" but because I did not want my hair any shorter there wasn't much they could do to fix."

They have the best stylists and everyone is so nice and great to deal with! The atmosphere is comfortable as well! Only downfall here is their prices are quite high compared to what their website has listed, half head of foils with a trim ends up around $250

This salon came recommended to me and I must say I am more than disappointed overall. First stylist left and soaked me cost wise, found out she left shortly after she did my hair. That's customer service. Just found out today my appointment tomorrow won't happen after waiting 7 weeks as Carlie has left too. No they did not call me to tell me she left, I phoned to confirm my appointment and found out that way, as I received no appointment reminder. Not sure why a courtesy call wasn't placed so I could make other arrangements?? Must have too many clients to care about the new ones that come to them. I will take my money elsewhere and suggest you do too, as most likely you will be treated the same way. If I could give zero stars I would, as The Factory has earned it!

I went to The Factory Hair +Body today for my first time. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly face and smile. The front desk girl kindly asked to take my coat from me, which I thought was a nice touch. The atmosphere was great, an rustic/industry look, all the small details were there and add to the environment. It was a great first impression.Now, into the good, my hair stylist was Amber DiGiuseppe, very friendly down to earth with an amazing attitude and energy.She was engaging and easy to talk, almost like I have known her for years.She took my dark iver processed hair (bleach to dark to permanent dark) and made it look beautiful and light for the summer! Her talent is amazing, to be honest I was beyond impressed.Go to Amber if you need any color correction/ regular hair needs, she is truly talented.I have already booked for my next appointment.Thanks!

I was in to see Meganne and she was AMAZING! I will be booking in with her for all my hair needs now! She was very friendly and made sure I got what I wanted, I absolutely loved the cut she gave me! The salon is very inviting and all the staff are friendly. By far, the best salon I’ve been to! Affordable pricing too. Thanks Meganne, I love my new haircut!
