Springbank Pet Resort

I was extremely nervous about boarding my highly aggressive intact GSD with behavioral issues. Upon extensive research, Springbank Pet Resort was recommended. Their reviews were stellar, and so I was determined to board my dog here. Submitting an intake form was fairly effortless, and they were content to answer any inquiries with enthusiasm, anytime I called. Dropping off my dog for 24 days was straightforward, and they even went out of their way to email multiple times regarding my dog’s stay, and provided more than enough picture updates.Upon pick up and return, my dog was perfectly fine and adjusted back with no issues, indicating he had an excellent stay. Will absolutely board him here again the next time I travel.

Our dog has been going to boarding here since he was a puppy.Out of all the boarding facilities we checked out we felt this was the best suited for Henry. We had a tour and it was clear that Springbank is very well organised and is clean.When he stays there they treat him as though he is a family member. We get email updates and photos when he boards.We also like that there is a vet on site should anything occur and he needs care.A wonderful boarding facility with caring and kind staff.

We took our dog Armani for his first daycare visit today and the experience with the resort was beyond amazing. I was very nervous as this was Armani's first ever daycare experience. All of the staff were amazing with Armani, he came home so happy! They told us all the details of Armani's first day and even sent us home with a report card! If you are looking for a place with genuine staff and a safe place for your dog, I highly recommend!

Our 4yo pup spent 12 days here while we were out of town. We got photo updates through her stay, and spotted her on their Instagram stories. They helped us feel so confident that she was very well cared for and comfortable! She's had some social issues in the past, and had no reported issues during her stay, were so thrilled that she had such a wonderful stay!!Would absolutely recommend, and will definitely bring her back!

The staff were all very warm and understanding of ALL the questions I had. They have great systems for ensuring individual animal care and monitoring. Nice to find a place where I feel my dog is well loved when we’re away. Thanks for being so thorough!

Even though this place looks like a good pet resort it is quite disappointing that they do not offer monthly rates or some sort of discount for rabbit owners who have to leave their pets there for a longer time. In addition to this I would like to add that I was misinformed about their bunny boarding prices by two different receptionists. They both told me it is $10/night and since I have two bunnies in the same closure the second bunny will be half price so $5/night. When I was about to book with them for over 2 months since I will be gone for the whole summer I realised it was $20/night and $10/night for the second bunny amounting to almost $2000 which is quite insane.. even though I preferred this option as opposed to other pet resorts and I would’ve for sure proceeded to go with springbank if they at least provided some sort of monthly rate, their monthly prices are quite high.. at least the other two pet resorts that I’m most likely going to go with have a 20% discount per month and it’s $20 for both bunnies since they’re in the same enclosure.

Been boarding my small anxious terrier here for 15 years, and some family dogs for longer. Highly recommend. They went above and beyond when my pup had a health scare and gave us constant updates and a special place for him to stay that was monitored. He is very vocal about places he dislikes but this is the one place he doesn’t seem to hate, lol. Their social media person is a gem as well, and they do their best to showcase all the playtimes across the day!

Our 3 year old English Cream Retriever Mac loves his vacation time at Springbank Resort!! He whines to get out of the car as soon as we pull up to drop him off. Mac comes home tired but happy! We are so fortunate to be able to go away on holidays with peace of mind knowing that Mac is cared for in an exemplary manner!!

It was the first time for my old cat to be in a cat resort. It looks like he liked it.We are very happy with the service they provided. They are very professional and trustworthy. The place is nice and clean and they bring you into the facility so you can see the place that the cat will stay and also at pick up time. For the comments of the caregiver and the way that she treated my cat you can see that she has a lot of experience. We will use this place very soon again and from now on it will be the only place.Update: Sadly Nemo our cat is not longer with us. We would like to thank Springbank Pet Resort for all the support they gave us specially during the last couple of months. It is good to know that Springbank will take care of your cat or dog not just when they are healthy but also when you have to travel and your pet is not in very good health.

Springbank is the best!! We have a reactive and anxious beagle, and they go above and beyond to accommodate his special needs, from a black out suite so he doesn't see other dogs, to individual daycare with his own caregiver. He comes home tired, but happy, we have had no problems at all they cater to the pets needs. Cost is more than reasonable, we tried in home caregivers but found our dog got the best care here, it is really a godsend if we want to go on holidays. I would highly recommend taking your pet here, they truly care about your pet and their individual needs.
