At Stericycle, this emergency call centre has a huge disconnect from what management wants to be and the actual customers, interactions. After the unfortunate event, I find it hard to believe that I could contact four different segments of this company and receive the same mantra. If you are going to cold call, check to see what time it is where you're calling. Middle of the night calls are not necessary
