Teller wasted my time with a simple problem and making me go to another branch because they can’t do their job. Tellers take forever to do their job and then they create a lineup. Worst branch ever. I am now regretting going with Scotia.

Inexperienced management made me to decide to transfer funds to another financial institute. I will switch to another bank within a month as soon as I get the chance. He undermined my credits by place that I was born, and delaying my transactions!!

very poor customer service!!!the lady teller doesn't smile to Asian people? she was smiling to an American man before me and never smiled to me. because I'm an Asian? kidding me?I asked her some envelopes and she gave me one envelope.I asked her if I can get some more of envelopes, she said they have only one envelope that I am given. Kidding me?another woman teller told me to go to an dollar shop and can buy envelopes, X Kidding me?What kind of customer services is this? Wow.TD bank doesn't do like this?

Poor customer service, was waiting for an hour in line to talk to an associate and when I finally talked to one waited for another 30 minutes because the associate had to talk to a supervisor over a simple card replacement. Never coming back here again.

Poor management made me to switch to different bank. With excellent (834) I expected to be able to keep my account open for long term since this branch is close to my home. Luckily there are other closing banks that welcomed me right a way. Think twice before wasting your time like me and if you have a current account already with them switch before you stuck deeply like me

POOR customer service. Not genuine staff who assisted me. Although other branches were eager to assist me in getting things done, this particular branch is extremely disappointing to the point I left the bank with no money ( my money) to pay bills. Supervisor who are in charge of the front line staff needs MORE TRAINING. In fact , dont roll your eyes at me pretending i didn't see it. This particular lady has to learn how to read the needs of the customer, rather than saying company policies over and over again. WHy should I need to do your job? I had to call around and did a little more research on my situation. Remember there are other big banks out there! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS BRANCH. I am hoping Scotia Bank reads this ......

I waited 4 hours to talk to a CFO or the branch manager regarding a fairly simple issue. Due to the banks policy it wasn’t solved but I think it’s ridiculous that I was waiting for a call back and it took me calling them again after 4 hours of waiting. I was a little frustrated as I needed accesss to my money and needed assistance but was put at the back of the line I guess? Since I get my paycheque’s through paper copy and not direct deposit, the banks policy is to hold most of it for 5 days no matter what. This is ridiculous, it really doesn’t make sense and only seems to be an inconvenience. Apparently my only way of getting my cash right away is I establish a line of credit with them. That strikes me as terrible customer service and I will be switching banks. I’ve been with this bank all my life and I’ve had to many issues recently to make it my branch.

I recently had to order a replacement Visa card and on calling to confirm it was available for pickup was told it would be at my branch the next day. I booked off work early to go pick it up only to get to the branch and be told it was not there. Thank you Scotia for the lost wages and inconvenience.
