Just an all around bad experience with this company - called with a fridge issue and the receptionist told me a technician could come out three days later (which I thought was acceptable). They gave me a four hour window for the tech to come... he came two hours after the window closed, with no updates along the way to say there was going to be a delay. Tech diagnosed the issue and I called the next day to confirm and provide payment. Receptionist said the part was in stock and would be 3 to 5 days. I called 38 days later to cancel the part because I was tired of waiting. No apology for the delay or anything. Avoid at all costs.

It took the repairman three visits and close to three weeks to tell me he couldn’t fix my microwave and there was nothing wrong with my dishwasher. During his last two visits he ordered the wrong part for my microwave and said he couldn’t fix it suggesting he needs to bring it to the shop to repair. He did not replace any parts but the company charged my credit card $355 claiming they replaced something. I was never given a business card or an invoice. Normally I wouldn’t trust such a company but they are handling repairs for Whirlpool appliances so I gave the benefit of the doubt. Sadly, not deserved. Currently, the company is not answering my multiple phone calls to get the refund on my credit card.

Our technician Al was the best! We had some issues with our GE washer and dryer. Even during the holidays, we were scheduled promptly and they showed up right on time. He had detailed explanations of the suspected problems and the suggested remedies. We could not have had a better experience with Beecroft and crew. I do recommend you ask for Al. He was knowledgable, polite and professional. Top notch.

Rude, dishonest, and totally unprofessional.Technician showed up to address a balance issue on the drum. He diagnosed the problem in two minutes and broke the machine to the point that it no longer drains.Explained this to the receptionist and she claimed that the machine was already broken; went on to tell me that it is not their responsibility to repair the damaged caused by their tech.

Please do not use this company. Our KitchenAid dishwasher was leaking and this company was sent to us by Whirlpool extended warranty (purchased through Lowe's Canada).The repair person was rude and condescending. He only spent about 20 minutes here and because the dishwasher didn't leak in that 20 minutes he said there's nothing I can do. I'm not a miracle worker." When we drew his attention to my damaged hard wood floor (damage that was only UNDER THE DISHWASHER) he said water is probably coming in through your deck door. We couldn't believe his horrible attitude and unwillingness to help in any way. To make matters worse

James was very personable and he certainly knows his stuff. He determined what the problem was in short order (after another local repair business failed to diagnose the issue), ordered the required part, and returned when he said he would to install it. I will definitely be contacting Beecroft Appliance Repair for all of our future repair needs.

The company has sent 3 different techs out to fix my KitchhenAid dishwaher and it still does not work. Only 4yrs old. Also the last tech Mason was unprofessional when dealing with my wife. I alerted Beecroft to this. The girls in the office have been good and helpful. Now tech number 4 is coming out soon. Hopefully it is solved after this. But Whirlpool/KitchenAid assured me they will keep going until it's fixed.***Tech #4 came out now. James was very knowledgeable and did figure out one issue regarding the water from my tank not being hot enough but even with that fixed it's still not operating properly. Rinse and express wash work but all the other main settings on the left side do not...still.Hopefully visit #5 will do the trick. This is very upsetting and frustrating.***5th visit was a bit better. Owner James came again and finally figured out it was a pump and board issue and apparently my model has had similar problems in the past. Board was covered as it has been less than 5 years but pump was $280 ridiculous. Add that to what I paid for them the first time they come out and the new handle we needed because the old one fell off I'm halfway to a new one so this new fix better work and if it does I'll leave it as a 3 star and not a 1 or 2 star. KitchenAid/Whirlpool needs to be better as well. If there is a problem with a model then fix them for free or replace the appliance. You don't just let people pay out of pocket for your mistake. A dishwasher should not be dying out after 4 1/2 years. Not good business to allow this to occur. Whirlpool/KitchenAid only offered 15% discount on getting a new one for my trouble. Wow what a deal. Really!!!Finally...it's fixed. The owner of Beecroft and employee Jeremy were great. It was the owner only out of the first 4 people to come to figure it out so thank you for that.I'd rate it overall 3.5 but the owner gets a 5 and Jeremy a 4.5 thx.

They first came on October 6 due to maytag dishwasher needing repair (under warranty). The serviceman said it needed 2 parts and it would take about 2 weeks to get the parts. He left no name or phone number. A month later after calling Maytag to no avail, we posted a review of Maytag on facebook and all of a sudden got a date that they would be in b/w 12-5 on Friday.A serviceman showed up at 4:54 and my son let him in. He said he can't do the repair with water in the unit. Demeaning service.

Beecroft Appliance Repair
Had to use this service to repair my broken washer machine. called due to squeaking noise, the owner came to my home and investigated. Stated it was a cracked tub and ordered the part. Too my surprise the part was still under warranty, which he investigated for me and didn't charge for his visit! all I had to pay was for the service call for the tech to come replace with a new tub which is understandable, as well as the Dx fee! In and out within an hour, no concerns since! For sure would recommend service to others!
