Back Alley Burrito
This restaurant has been my favorite for the past 5 years. my company orders from them all the time. however I noticed if the owner is not working in the shop, the quality is diminished extremely. I ordered today through skip the dishes and the burrito meat inside was cold the refried beans was cold the inside of the burrito was colder than the outside. they also did not Grill the outside so the paper stuck to it. when I called to let them know the quality is not the same the manager said that once it leaves the shop it is up to skip the dishes to remain the quality, I asked her if she thinks skip the dishes put my burrito in ice before they delivered it? I strongly suggest that you call the restaurant first to make sure the owner is there before ordering! on top of that they are smaller than before and the price went up!

Stumbled across this place while in Strathroy for a short visit. The staff working were very helpful and kind. Chose the chicken burrito bowl and it was delicious. The portion was generous, fresh and great value. In larger cities this would be a couple bucks more easily. Cute place. If ever in the area again, I will be back.

Was in town looking for a trailer and found this place.First time and will be back for sure.Very good food with very reasonable prices. And portion size is amazing. Well worth it. Great personable owner with great atmosphere.

Food Poisoning the last 2 times I’ve eaten here. The first time, I thought it was perhaps caused by something else as my partner did not get sick, but we ordered again 3 days ago and I have been extremely unwell and vomiting profusely since.It has costed me shifts at work (in which I have been employed for over 2 years and have not once required a sick day, until now, I am also the manager therefore this has had a negative effect on my business and how it is run)My family and I will absolutely not be returning to this location. They clearly do not rotate the product, check temps or follow safe food handling procedures.We will be getting in contact with health unit today.

Legitimately the worst restaurant I've ever been to, I'm not saying this as a hyper statement, I actually cannot think of a worse one I've ever been to.First of all, the food quality is just terrible. It's hard to exactly describe, but essentially the ingredients aren't the kind of things you would expect at a taco or Mexican style place. Super bland, and as if all the ingredients were bought from the grocery store a Lunchables kit. It was as if someone had never interacted with any of the food or culture that they're trying to mimic before ever and instead was doing it from a video cassette tape they found in a time capsule.The prices are ridiculous, I could have made a better more authentic burrito at home and the price was as if Montezuma himself was part of the process.The only thing slightly nice about the places that they tried for a vibe of being a little hole in the wall, but little holes and wall are typically reasonably priced and have outstanding quality to make up for the hole in the wall vibe. They don't depend on the hole in the wall vibe to make up for terrible food and terrible prices.I wouldn't eat here if it was free.

Nachos! Yum. Weird tho that I ordered online and didnt go inside until the timer said it would be done. But they didn't start making it until I told them I was here. We are going to start that now" Then they told the instore customers they had to wait while they made an online order. 2 people in store. Next time I will just order online and show up right away if they start the order then. I ordered just nachos."

Another fabulous order from the amazing crew at Back Alley Burrito today! My half and half vegetarian bowl was absolute perfection - I had a pretty specific order with lots of little requests and ordered for pickup - it was meticulously and perfectly prepared.Thanks for being such an awesome spot in our community!The whole staff at Bossons Pharmacy had a great lunch today!
