I'm not sure if it's this branch or anouther since I'm not from red deer but my person experience with atb is terrible. Hands down the worst bank I've ever felt with. I've NEVER felt that my money is safe with this bank from not honaring the promotion I opened the account thinking I'd receive without having to remind them EVERY month about it to never having a debit card because they cannot seem to wrap their heads around not allowing ANYONE to take my money unless it is Me in persin they've given meb2 different accounts to which both have been taken from just by transit number and both charge me $250 in 1 month. I'm a single pregnant mother in a shelter and this is completely unacceptable

Honestly this place is ridiculous. Every time I am here there are huge lineups and only 2 people max on to help. 6 windows and only 2 people ever. What's the point then?This only gets 1 star for service because at least the people are reasonably nice. It's the banks fault for literally being a bank but too cheap to have active staff.

My husband and I have been with ATB for a very long time. Recently I discovered an issue with my business account. I have gone into this branch and was told to contact the branch manager. I have sent multiple emails, with no reply and I have called in to speak to anyone to help resolve this issue. I haven't even been able to open a discussion with this manager. I think I have been patient enough.

My wife and I have been long term customers of ATB and we have had two mortgages and multiple loans and credit cards with ATB and have paid them all off over the years. We started an agricultural business and needed a bank reference for one of our vendors and my wife has spent 9 hours on hold this week and has yet to be able to get someone from the branch on the phone or for them to call her back. All we needed was simple letter head saying we are good customers of ATB with good history never missing payments. FCC was fantastic and helped us with in minutes. We are in the works of switching all of our banking to TD going forward. ATB was always great but has become very difficult to deal with over the last couple of years. The customer service has gone from 100% to non existing through this Covid period.

After the many weird times we have been locked out of accounts, the multiple times we have had call backs to the wrong number if we even get a call back multiple branch closures which are not updated on google after 3 years, no financial advice offered I think we are changing to a big bank because I find the service to be worse. Do better, respond to reviews maybe?

at the beginning they were very good and did everything in timely manner. last application with them is taking more than a month due to one employee's fault who seems to have zero interest in helping the customers. my friends got their applications processed within 2 weeks with other banks and atb is taking more than a month. just frustrating! excuses, excuses, excuses!

ATB, here is a money saving tip for you! Next renovation only build 2 kiosks, I see 6 available but i have never seen any more than 2 employees working them, lots of employees walking around seemingly not bothered about the huge line up.

I was a bit worried about coming here after the reviews, but the woman who helped me was amazing! Super friendly, very helpful and answered my questions quickly. I wish I'd grabbed her name so I could give her credit, I think it was Gale?

Horrible service, you have to wait 30 min on the phone before talking to some. The branch phone number just puts in the cue for online banking. I rather go nack to my big bank. Smaller banks are no different.

This bank took $1000 out of my account with no explanation or contact. I called and they claimed the money I deposited into the atm didn't match what I claimed. I disputed it and they said that they would open a 20 day investigation. After 20 days they made no contact so I requested an explanation and they said that they would have a manager contact me. That was 2 weeks ago and they have failed to make contact. I will be closing my account
