I called them and they were on site the day after. The gentlemen showed up on time. He understood the tasks and flew through it. tested all the 7 drains and the job was done. Second time i use them and I will again. I recommend these guys.

This company is very professional. I took an appointment in the morning and they came within the same day. My teenage sons had had a party the night before and the toilet was stuck. It was not a pretty sight. Thankfully, they were able to fix the problem quickly, efficiently and professionally. I hope this never happens again, but if it does, I know exactly who to call!

Out of several Hot Water tank installation companies that I called, Pure Plombrie were the only ones willing to do a customized solution.They offered fair pricing, and very kind customer service over the phone.The Hot Water tank installation was well done, with the technician even having to cut through drywall to make it fit.Great overall service. Very satisfied!

With the extreme cold weather (-30) our water pipe burst. We were able to get it fixed relatively quickly. The plumber Akex was very polite and professional. He was able to find and fix the issue in short time. Payment was easy - you have to enter your credit card information on a secure web portal before the appointment - this is stored in your file - when the job is done they charge you for the hourly rate x h, plus travelling time plus material used plus tax. I would recommend this company.

We have used their services consistently over the years as they have met our expectations. They're always polite , do good work, and make sure everything is clean and in order when they finish the job. If we have any issues, they are always quick to respond.

With customer service in general being at all time lows, dealing with this company was a breath of fresh air! The phone operators are efficient, a bit strict but efficient which translates into plumber showing up on time with all the pertinent information to start right away. The plumber I had was a gem of a tradesman, not only did the work efficiently and quickly but explained everything along the way, giving me priceless critical knowledge of my home and equipment. For the quality of service, the price was absolutely fair. Will definitely be my first to call if needed again.Side note, I never write a review for anything. That’s how amazed I am at the service I just received.. just wow.

Fast service (I called and they came the next day to unclog my main drain). For the drain, they used a camera to confirm the problem and used a fisch to unclog the drain. Worked very cleanly!Everyone was nice and courteous.

This is the second time I’ve used Pure Plomberie. Their team from customer service to the plumbers who have come to do the work have been AWESOME. On time, excellent communication, polite and informative about the work their doing, they clean up and explain the invoice. Really impressive. Happy to recommend!
