The worst experience at this store . I was trying to get a price on a sale item so an employee went to ask Martin because she didnt know. I saw that he was very rude and condescending towards the employee with his response . The employee looked shocked. Then I went to cash and an employee named Charlene was very rude and snobby when i asked questions about returning. it was unpleasent. I also saw her following around a black customer like she was racially profiling her when i was shopping as she was the only black person at the time. If you want polite and judgement free service dont go here, the bags are beautiful but due to my experience i will not be stepping foot in that volitile place again. Time for new employees who treat customers properly and with respect!

Whenever I visit this store, whether I come alone or with friends, I consistently feel targeted as a black woman. It saddens me that the managers' behavior towards me were very rude and unwelcoming.

An expensive shop with very poor quality product!!!Purchased a winter cap (86553) about a month ago from this store. Not even used it for few days and bobble/boblin started to show up. The quality is so poor that I started using my old cap.I took it back to the store for return. The sales person was Shelly and she denied a replacement or return of the product. She was not even sorry rather tried to explain as it is a normal behaviour of the product.Very poor service and no respect for returning customers. Never wasting money on such worst quality products from this brand again.

They claim to have warranty, but i went to the store i bought the bag to try and get it fixed or replaced but they told me there is nothing they can do for me because I don’t have my receipt. Tommy and guess bags are way better, better customer service and most importantly are honest with customers. Never buying anything from Coach again.

The prices weren’t bad however I did feel some aggression towards me from one of the employees there. I came in to shop for my mothers birthday and she was only following me around as I am visibly Black. Avoid this establishment as it’s not POC friendly.

Good selection. But their staff isn't as knowledgeable as I would've hoped for a high-end store. Management should probably improve their training.

Great staff but I found discrepancy in their online and in store asking prices. Please check their site before buying inside store.

Had the worse experience ever. As i go there always, it was my first time experiencing. It was regarding a price match as most places do regarding two same products two different prices. Anyways the « manager » Martin had such a bad attitude and way of granting customers. Extremely rude without respect. I saw in more reviers that he is also this way with employees. Something should be done about it. Even if im not okay with the « policy » never should a manager talk this way to employees or customers.
