Food is tasty, a lot of variety, fast service, unlimited food. Nice experience being served by Robot. Clean place and bathrooms. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because they do not accept debit car payments. Only cash and credit card.

First time here on a Sunday afternoon and was very impressed. Unlike other sushi buffet’s this one has a little area where you’re able to get your own soup, salad, and wasabi + dessert. The food doesn’t take long at all to come out and everything was super tasty and fresh! Super cool they have a small robot driving around that serves people some of the menu items. Would definitely come back for their lunch or dinner buffet. Their dinner buffet significantly includes more menu items like octopus.

I don't really expect too much with the quality of food from a buffet. It was fairly busy when I came here but the food came out rather quick. It was a bit hard to flag down the people when putting in your order though. The portions were decent and the sushi was not too bad. Some of the dishes we got were a bit salty (I believe one was the beef dish, I can't remember).

I found a hair in one of my sushi pieces today which not only made me feel a little nauseous, but also unsure if I want to order from here again. I also ordered the salmon sushi rolls and they did not taste good at all. They have good shrimp steamed dumplings though.

I've been here a few times in the last 3 months. Great quality food. Comfortable atmosphere. Love the cat serving robots! The human servers are fabulous. My favorite is the torched sushi.

Ordered some take-out for dinner from the Dundas Street 168 Sushi as I loved dining at 168 Sushi in Ottawa. The food quality and taste was average and the even the food wasn’t fresh.Loved the dumpling though!

Foods here are terrible. I have had so many meals in all kinds of restaurant in GTA, but never seen a restaurant look like this. The employees are so unwelcoming and unfriendly. One of the cooks was crying heavily in the washroom and took the only one sink for almost five minutes. The waiters just drop the food on the table without saying a word. The most important thing is, food here are not fresh at all. I have uploaded all the pics, everyone will see how terrible the mushrooms, shrimps were.

Fantastic! They have an automatic Robot that brings you food.Get the 168 special Garlic Butter crispy Shrimp. And the Chicken fried rice is surprisingly good! Must get the Red Tuna Sushi & the Shrimp Sushi Pizza
