As a REALTOR®, I recognize the value that staging a property can bring to the owners, in terms of both sale price and market time. The flexibility offered by The HOUSSE's business model makes them an invaluable asset, as one can scale from a single piece of furniture up to whole-home staging, including décor accents, greenery, throws, and even local artwork, using their online system to easily browse available assets. Scheduling pick up and drop-off was a breeze, and the warehouse staff were just awesome to deal with. Plus, it resulted in happy clients and a successful sale! Highly recommended.

I decided it would be fun to stage our condo myself after the tenant moved out. The Housse made it so easy - going on line to pick out the pieces of furniture, and consulting with Michaela and Josee. I was able to use my own artwork and decor, and got lots of great advice. The condo sold in a week, and I did in fact have lots of fun.

The team at The HOUSSE are nothing short of miracle workers. My property was on the market for well over a month, with no movement. Then, we had Michaela in to stage it, and it was sold for full asking price within 3 days. The entire process was utterly painless. They recommended additional services, including gardening, cleaning, and small maintenance and repairs, all of which contributed to a successful sale. I would absolutely work with them again, and recommend them without hesitation. 10/10.
