Village Hair Studio Salon

I was looking for a good salon and came across VHS. The reviews were great so I thought I’d give it a try, and called to learn more and potentially book an appointment. Right away, I got a glimpse of their professionalism - the person I spoke to was very friendly and patient, walked me through the process and pricing, and told me what to expect generally. My appointment was with Ashley, and all I can say is she is AMAZING!!! I didn’t have a set idea of what I wanted, so I told her I just wanted change. She was very patient, suggested a few ideas and explained her reasoning behind every option she suggested. She communicated what she was doing along the process, which made me both comfortable and confident. AND she was very friendly and funny which made the experience even better. The end result was incredible - I absolutely LOVE it! Tried this place for the first time and I’m so happy I did. I booked an appointment for a haircut with Julie. She’s amazing! She have gentle and light hands, I was falling asleep during the appointment. It was so relaxing. She also helped me decide what kind of haircut to get and I LOVE IT! The receptionist was so friendly as well. Overall, the experience was amazing and I highly recommend the place.

Absolutely loved my time at Village Hair Studio! Brandy was wonderful! She listened to exactly what I wanted and the hair look came out better than I would’ve imagined! 11/10 experience!

I decided to try this salon on a whim in 2018, and I’ve never looked back! My hairdresser, Brandon, is such a pro and really spends time in cutting my hair to make sure it’s exactly how I like it. I would highly recommend going to Brandon :)Aside from that, the salon is very clean and well maintained. They use the best quality products that I’ve started purchasing and using them this last year - made the world of a difference for the health of my hair!

I got my haircut with Julie. I had a wonderful experience. I had long but damaged hair with so many split ends. I expressed all my concerns to Julie, I wanted to cut off all the dead ends, but keep the length and add some volume but still thin the hair out a bit. I trusted her off the bat to work her magic on my hair and Ive never been more happier with a haircut. I walked out with a Jennifer Aniston blowout feeling so confident and happy. She was so amazing to talk to. It was honestly the best experience I could imagine. Would 10/10 recommend if you want beautiful healthy bouncy hair.

I highly recommend coming here! I came from the US and needed my haircut and let me tell you, everyone there is so welcoming and amazing at what they do. Brandon especially made sure I knew what was going on at all times and had the best conversations with me. I would come back to Canada just to get my hair done by him or anyone there! i wish i could give more than five stars !!

There are no words to describe how amazing the stylists, front staff and the facility is! Straight from my phone call the staff were extremely friendly and understanding of what I was looking for and they fit me with the perfect stylist. Brandy took her time to understand and plan out what I wanted to do with my hair from my first consultation and there wasn't any pressure to book. From such a positive experience from the beginning and the dedication to just the hair samples she took to colour I was happy to book with her. LET ME TELL YOU SHE DID NOT DISSAPOINT (see my before and after pictures)! She gave me exactly what I wanted and more; my hair went from dull, boring and flat to multidimensional. Not to mention the whole experience at the salon was charming and relaxing; not only was conversation good with Brandy but the other staff were also attentive to you as well, they definitely make you feel at home. If anyone is looking to get their hair cut, colored, styled or all three Brandy is your girl! I will definitely be returning for my touch ups!
