The group classes offered after the Gym Modernization are of a great varieties; particularly the hot and worm Yoga classes, TRX 45 and Aerial Yoga and the recent introduced class SkillX are great classes.The steam room and Infrared Sauna facilities are great. The gym, classes and facilities are amazing. Front desk staff is always welcoming and friendly. The racquet program for juniors is phenomenal! I have never met such a great group of coaches. Coach Keith, Cam and John run amazing Tennis and Squash programs for my kids 7 and 10. It’s a great balance of learning skills and drills through play and the rules of the games. While the kids are doing their sessions, it’s a great time to get a workout in!

If this isn't the best gym in the city then I don't know what it. This space has hot yoga... An outdoor pool... State of the art weight lighting equipment... Spin classes... Huge cardio space... I have been a member for about 30 years and I can say this gym has always been exceptional but now it is at a new level. The staff are all fantastic. The renovations are incredible and the vibe is terrific. Everything you could ask for. Don’t hesitate get healthy at by far the best gym and more in Calgary. It's a great experience here! My trainer Irene is an excellent trainer, whenever I have an injury or anything, she's able to help me recover fast. She is very professional and I would recommend her to anyone. This gym is also the best gym I've been to, best environment and the staff are always friendly.

I love the gym atmosphere along with all of the amenities. Yoga (especially hot yoga), the sauna and steam room are a few of my favorties so far. The class instructors and staff are kind and friendly. The gym has a club like vibe to it which I enjoy. It's easy to get to know other members. I'm excited for the pool to open for the summer :)

The facility is beautiful and well run.My family and I enjoyed the 20 min intro classes in TRX and aerial yoga and then had a lovely lunch at Selia.Three of my sons and my niece are already members and they all rave about it.I was glad they invited my daughter and I to try it outWe had a fun day !

I joined this gym last summer and it has been a great choice not only for my own fitness but for my whole family. I love the classes and ladies area as well as the opportunity to bring my kids for a swim or dinner at selia! Highly recommend it.
