They are great at promising stuff to get you to move in. However once you are in it is impossible to get anyone to talk to you. The only contact number they have is to a call center that is only set up to set up viewings of their places. If you need something else done then they say they will get some one to contact you. But never get a call back from anyone. For some reason they do not have the capability to transfer you to another department or get someone to call you back. Their site representatives will not return your calls after you move out either.

At Station Place apartments at Etobicoke, Toronto, There are 4 elevators. The whole building is managed by Centurion Property. For the past 2 months, only 1 of the elevators takes us to the parking garage and only one of the 3 elevator is functioning for floor G to 40). With >50% of lifts out of service, the Property manager has been emailing residents that they understand our frustration but say they don't have a date yet to fix the elevators due to non-availability of parts. Neither are they open to refund residents for lack of providing proper elevator service or describing the exact parts that other similar elevators in the whole city of Toronto is unable to procure. Residents who have dogs have to wait at least for 20-25 minutes to take their dogs outside. Today, we continue to experience 15+ minute wait times and the issue has existed for the past 2 months. Potential residents please try to travel in the lifts at Station place before you lease your future property here.

Horrible property management. Buildings are not maintained up to proper standard, filthy elevators, laundry rooms, common areas, stairwells. Improper snow removal from parking lots.Very hard to get this company to do any sort of maintenance. Floors in my apartment are 20 years old. Counters flaking from the sides, they also don't change smoke detector batteries regularly, as required by building code.Tentants smoke cigarettes, marijuana in the stairwells, causing potential fire hazard by my apartment. Management is aware and simply doesn't care.Property Manager has an insulting demeanor to longtime tenants, tell me quote I'm not paying enough rent for them to replace my flooring and that if he replaced it

This is the worst management I’ve had for the past 10 years. I was booked for a tour at 500 Atmosphere, Gatineau, but they had to cancel the meeting at the last minute, and the call center had absolutely no idea about what’s going on. Be prepared that they frequently hang up on you because they don’t know how to solve a problem and aren’t educated to respect others. Then after numerous attempts, I was approved and ready to sign the lease. I hadn’t seen the unit yet, meanwhile I also had a few questions regarding the lease. So the agent promised to send me the video of my unit before signing the lease. After that there’s no one contacting you, no email replies, no phone calls. You are ready to give them money and they aren’t wise enough to understand it. I would absolutely avoid this property management at all costs, because the headache they give to you isn’t worth the price.

Leasing agent Matthew Kowalchuk really mishandled the moving process and made it much harder than it had to be. Poor communication from both him and Crispina Canagan the property manager. Would not recommend.

I live for past 11 years , the management is the best ever I seen , they respond very quickly they treat you as family specially Arnold is best superintendent if you really need 5 star service centurion property is the right place !

If i could put 0 stars I would.Worst management I have ever dealt with.They don’t answer phones or emails and continuously charge you rent when you are no longer living at the unit!Horrendous experience that I am still dealing with!Don’t live at any of their properties to save yourself the hassle of dealing with these people.

These people manage 5249 dundas st west. They charge premium rental rates for a poorly run hellscape managed by a group of people who might actually be chimps. Centurion does not care about its residents. Stay away from any building they manage

We lived in a quaint North York apartment managed by Centurion for more than 6 years. The buildings are all clean, well maintained, repairs are done in a jiffy, most importantly- we always felt safe.All the staffs are helpful and quick to respond. Apartment units are cleaned and renovated before being handed over to new tenants. Rent is best rate in the market. Walking distance to literally everything- including the new Eglinton Crosstown!My work has been relocated, hence we're moving out -but if I will be back to Toronto, I'll definitely go with this property management because they are exceptional! Thank you Centurion!
