I was not sure when I first contacted Swift if they would be able to help me or not. I have had a few health issues and now cannot do much of anything, which is very frustrating. Anyway I talked with Shaueen and she was very helpful and so polite and uplifting. She was able to get me the help I needed and it was such a pleasure working with her. She worked with my Dr. and got everything done quite quickly. I never expected that I would be successful so I was very grateful when she were able to help me. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Completely useless service. The woman on the telephone is completely uneducated.They spam call and email. Don’t sign up if you know what’s good for you.

Shannon helped both of my parents get their refund. She was so pleasant, helpful and patient with them as they were unsure of the process. She made sure they understood every step and updated them regularly. She even worked with their stubborn doctor to make sure they wouldhave the best chance for approval. Our whole family is very grateful for the amazing service she provides.

Fantastic company! My wife found Swift through a Google search and like many other reviewers I initially didn't know what to make of them. Despite some initial hurdles with the CRA, they persevered with our filing and we qualified for a generous DTC. Not stopping there, their Additional Benefits team got us even more. Ryan, Chelsey and the Swift team are all excellent to work with. If you have anything disability-related to address with the CRA, they are hands down the people to use! Highly recommend!

I want to express my gratitude to Swift disability services, and personally to Krissy, who was looking after me!! When I first contacted them, I was not really sure I would qualify, my current doctor only saw me few times in a matter of a couple years( due to pandemic for the most part) and all my medical history was in another clinic with the previous doctor. So I decided, maybe it is not worth it? But I was getting nagging feeling that I should go for it. Next time I called, I spoke to Krissy, and she assured me, I had a good case. I transferred my medical records to new doctor, she filled up the forms. It only took three weeks after submission the application, and I got approved!! It all took between transferring the files from the old clinic to getting refund about 3,5 months. I could not believe it! So if you still not sure, as I was , go for it, if they will tell you , you have a great chance, then simply believe. I most certainly glad, I did!

I saw the ad on Facebook so of course I was skeptical. I did my own research and came to the realization that it was legit. I contacted Swift and got connected with Lauren. She made the process quick and easy! She was very professional and knowledgeable. It took less time than she said it would take the government to process my application. We were able to go back 10 years and as of yesterday the government gave me back a very large portion of the tax money I've paid them. Thank you Lauren and Swift!
