Such a fantastic experience! Liz was such an amazing help! I have always struggled to find the right size bra and after telling her what was wrong she grabbed me a different size bra and it was a perfect fit! They were having an amazing sale and Liz also got me an extra discount for signing up for their texts. Will definitely be going again!

Staff are so friendly and helpful! At the time of this review (July 2021) they have just reopened and the line gets a bit nuts to get in, since it's such a small store. Even at open on weekdays. FYI - you can book an appointment with them, so you can pick a time to shop, or even make a return.

Good selection of cute products, but more variety online. It's rare that they have a size medium so honestly I think I'll stick to just ordering online. I hoped to get a bathing suit from there but honestly, none of their bathing suits have any breast support and the bands are very loose. Also I wish there were more changing rooms, I had to wait about 15 minutes to get mine.

I love the items the store sells and the staff are great.My issue is with the manager. There have been a few times I’ve had to return items I purchased online and the manager has been very combative and has an attitude problem. She is lacking the people skills a management position needs.Again, my experiences with the rest of the staff have been positive. I wish there was another location that was closer because I really dread dealing with this manager.

We had an amazing bra fitting experience today with Holly at this Aerie! It was my moms first time shopping at Aerie, the store was packed, but we were treated like we were the only people in the store. With kindness, generosity and her knowledge of the products, Holly was able to help us find exactly what we needed with a positive attitude and energy. We felt so taken care of and understood, exceptional service. Thank you to Holly and the whole team at the Mapleview Mall Aerie!!

I went to Aerie on a Saturday, which usually I avoid. Too busy. Too many crowds, poor customer service, etc. But I needed something so I went in. Peyton was a team member that greeted me right at the door. Very welcoming. I am definitely older than the stores target market and feel awkward in here sometimes. But it was so inviting, she was so incredibly helpful. It was a great shopping experience! If you like me slightly hesitate about going in, don't. Great customer service. Very helpful staff. I will definitely be going back again soon!

The staff wasn’t very welcoming and I don’t think anyone offered help me the entire time I was there. Girls in the fitting room to “help” were swearing and just talking about going to university. That’s all fine, but they were throwing out f bombs and stuff. Not very professional. They were talking about McMaster university. Great way to represent your future university lol.

Amazing staff! Montana was super helpful, she really went out of her way to make sure I found what I was looking for and had a good shopping experience. She was also incredibly knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming back.

Such comfy clothes in a wide variety of sizes and colors. My only complaint is that their online stock checker isn't always accurate but the staff was sympathetic and helped me order the pants I was looking for on their site. I got what I was looking for and am totally in love with my new pants.
